3 years and still extremely happy I've been with my processor for about 3 years now. I chose them based on Cardfellow's recommendation and couldn't be happier. Still have my original field rep with them, and Ben at Cardfellow does exactly what he says he will.

The provider we chose to go with (TSYS) has been true to their word and our charges have never increased in 7 years. A couple times a year somebody solicits our credit card business and they always come back saying we should stick with the deal we have, it can't be beat. All in we pay <2%, no gimmicks. I strongly urge any business owner to use Ben's service so you can 'set it and forget it' regarding future solicitations.

Great experience with Card Fellow Great free service that really helps to navigate a very tricky and misleading industry. I was on a tiered plan and was paying very high fees for years. With the help of Ben Dwyer and CardFellow I got multiple quotes that CF helped facilitate. I selected Payment Depot a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier so far.
