Plus, I feel that by requiring the credit card merchant service providers to lay out their fees up-front CF attracts a much more reputable provider and repels the many in this industry that engage in deceptive practices. I used CF to identify my current provider and continue to use CF to ensure that my rates are the lowest in the industry. An absolute no-brainer--go with CardFellow!

Audit saves us even more! Definitely glad to have found CardFellow a couple of years ago! Was already able to experience significant savings and then during a recent audit of our processing, Ben discovered that there had been a data entry error with one of our rates resulting in an over-charge. He worked with our processor to get us a credit from the big bank that had made the error. Great experience!

We bought a business in 2019 and used… We bought a business in 2019 and used CardFellow to shop for a credit card processor. The website and staff did an amazing job of finding us the best rate. In fact, we ended up using the same processor as the previous business owner, but our rates were significantly less than his, because CardFellow negotiated them. In the subsequent years, CardFellow has offered free audits to make sure our fees continue to align with our agreement. We couldn't be happier.
