Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! Heaven Gifts Fraud Alert ! I purchased a predator 228 electronic cigarette mod from heaven gifts and it stopped working within 2 months. I contacted them for support and they agreed to send me a new mod as mine would not be repairable. It has been a week since their last message.They have stopped answering messages and thus unwilling to send me a refund/new mod. I would not advise anyone to ever buy products from heaven gifts e-cigarette web shop as you will never get a replacement/refund when your product has defects, even if they promised to do this.

The most terrible customer… it was the most terrible customer experience in my life. Fiona is the rudest person i have ever spoken with. They treat their customers like sh.i.t!!!

I've ordered with thousands of dollars… I've ordered with thousands of dollars from them, because as a retailer I order all my vape products that I sell to my customers from Heaven Gifts. I have own contact person there who I can always contact by phone or Whatsapp. I don't see a reason why some people don't trust them. I'm sure there's just some misunderstanding happened between the customer and Heaven Gifts.

Long way to stretch my trust. My problem is that they sold me a couple devices and 2 days later e-mailed me saying that they had to get one of them from a different warehouse and I had to pay$1.50 more to get it which seems crazy and now my delivery date is extended by another 3 weeks. It just seems like they know that I can't do anything about it because they are in China and there is nobody to regulate how they do business or something so they don't care about me as a single customer. I don't know it's frustrating.

I've dealt with many sellers and this… I've dealt with many sellers and this is the first seller that intentionally tried to cheat me. The vape mod I received was defective and they told me to update the firmware. When that didn't solve the problems I asked for a replacement for the defective mod and they immediately stopped answering my msgs. I opened a case with Aliexpress and they tried to block my refund In a very stupid and dishonest way. Aliexpress gave me a refund for the defective vape mod. I am an avid vaper and am active in the vaping community and not only will I never buy from Heavengifts again, My friends won't either and anytime we are discussing sellers/suppliers on the vaping forums I will tell about my bad experience with Heavengifts.
