Scam alert I paid for my order 9/2/2022 535.00 never heard from Koos, contacted then they wanted $200 more . This site is a scam will be contacting the BBB.The amount was 335 for product & 200 for Inrs & shipping plus 75.00 more which total the 200 . Have screen shots of texts and pictures of card and them saying they Got it . Need my order or refund

My experience with KOOS Tried to order 500.00 worth of product,they wanted extra money for insurance after I paid! They messaged me demanding additional 100.00 for insurance.I paid it,I never received anything at all.Every call to customer service was just putting me off more,more,more,until you finally give up.You WILL LOSE ALL THE MONEY YOU SEND,YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT!!! DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This website is a COMPLETE SCAM!! This website is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! They want you to use Zelle to send money to someones email address, then they want you to, send MORE money for insurance and THEN they say your payment doesn't show in their system (even though I sent screenshots showing they have been paid) then they say please send ANOTHER $200. They stole over $500 from me and refused to refund.
