GBMade a purchase over 1000 bucks and… Made a purchase over 1000 bucks and hadn’t got a receipt, tracking number for my order nothing. They take forever to get back to your calls and concerns and they play professional to milk you for cash. Never got my product, and got no more responses at all after I gave them a lot of bread. Go to the Potshop cc for wayyyy better service.

GBScam! Stay away! Scam! Stay away! I placed my $233 order; they texted me to give me Zelle details to send payment. The very next day, they contacted me saying that they needed an additional $231 for taxes and insurance but that $189 (the insurance part) would be returned to me after the order was delivered. I told them I wasn't sending them any more money. When I asked them for my money to be returned; they went radio silent. Total SCAM!

GBThis is a scam . I ordered on 9/2/2022 paid 335 plus 200, and never heard a thing. Contacted Koos they said i owed more money? Do not order from this company, this is a scam!!!!!!! Will contact Ca. BBB

GBThey took my order They took my order. Than took my money. And I have never received my order. They have blocked my number etc... so they don't have to deal with it. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM KOOS. You will just get ripped off.

GBMy experience with KOOS Tried to order 500.00 worth of product,they wanted extra money for insurance after I paid! They messaged me demanding additional 100.00 for insurance.I paid it,I never received anything at all.Every call to customer service was just putting me off more,more,more,until you finally give up.You WILL LOSE ALL THE MONEY YOU SEND,YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT!!! DON'T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
