GBworst customer service on the planet I wish I could give them negative stars.... they shipped me THE WRONG order I asked how we can fix this and the best option was wait another week for the RIGHT product to come in to the Wearhouse and then who knows how long until it gets shipped to me... that's absolutely insane, how can you sell products that you don't have.... I tried calling in and the manager is to busy to get back to me and the customer service lady Is too high to realize it's there mistake..... horrible customer service don't EVER order from these losers, who knows your order may just never come

GBOrdered the butler box june 18th im… Ordered the butler box june 18th im still waiting on last months box. They sent me a email stating customs was holding there items hostage. That was 6 days ago they emailed me that. Not happy about not getting a box yet considering it is july now!

GBDo not get the subscription boxes… Do not get the subscription boxes they're a scam they'll send a large quantity of items the 1st month but afterwards literally half the product. I contacted customer service they told me basically oh well that the picture is just an example. I counter argued that there is a description underneath each available level box. She claimed this was also just an example. When I told her this was unacceptable because that's false advertising. I got an email back saying I had been given a refund and my subscription was canceled. I repeatedly told them I was not interested in a refund or to cancel just to be given what was promised on their site. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar with these people ever again. I plan on posting on every available site I can. Please warn others Hippie Butler is a scam.

GBDisappointed … I ordered my first box in August 2021… it was an incomplete box. Had the pipe, a dab rod, couple of stickers. Oh, the wrong banger. Emailed them, got a response with in a few days. And I have heard nothing from them since then. They said they would make it right. I have yet to see it. They were quick to take my money, but slow on providing the merchandise. I have already decided that I will cancel my subscription after the third box. Unless they make it, worth it, for me to keep my subscription.
