I’m gonna be honest I ordered the box may 9th & it just keep saying processing a week later so I called and left a voicemail and I got a phone call a day or two later & was told that they didn’t have enough stuff to fill my box but yet took the money off my card... so I was told I had to wait till they got more of a shipment in so they could finish out my box.... they said it was shipped on the 20th of may here it is may 25 & yet still nothing.... my dad and a friend ordered from here and got it in a week I on the other hand have not had a very good experience so far... I’m waiting to see if it changes next month but so far I’m not that Impressed with how they run their business.... I’ve been waiting a total of almost 3 weeks for my subscription box

GBOne of the worst subscription boxes… One of the worst subscription boxes I've ever gotten. I've been a customer for a year now and just canceled. The roller box is worth the price but the Butler box is terrible. Last order my piece was broken and they sent me 3 rolling trays. The box before that had 2 rolling trays. How many rolling trays does a person need. It is not worth the price. I switched to Daily High Club.

GBOrdered the butler box june 18th im… Ordered the butler box june 18th im still waiting on last months box. They sent me a email stating customs was holding there items hostage. That was 6 days ago they emailed me that. Not happy about not getting a box yet considering it is july now!

GBworst customer service on the planet I wish I could give them negative stars.... they shipped me THE WRONG order I asked how we can fix this and the best option was wait another week for the RIGHT product to come in to the Wearhouse and then who knows how long until it gets shipped to me... that's absolutely insane, how can you sell products that you don't have.... I tried calling in and the manager is to busy to get back to me and the customer service lady Is too high to realize it's there mistake..... horrible customer service don't EVER order from these losers, who knows your order may just never come
