GBComplaints About Website Normally, I don't have any issues with their customer service. My complaints are more about their website. Multiple times now, I have spent hours picking products and putting them in my cart only to have the website refresh on it's own, and completely empty my cart out of the blue, with me actively shopping their site. Incredibly frustrating because I cant go back and remember each one I added, so they will naturally get much less of my money because of that. The other issue is, their website is notoriously about 98% out of stock, on everything and it's very rare that they replenish anything, which is completely stupid because they are missing so many sales.

GBI placed $100 order with them and eight… I placed $100 order with them and eight days or days later they still have not filled the order. They have no contact number to call anybody personally. The emails that you sent go unanswered. And the messenger app will only give you a discount code but if you ask questions other than that you get no answer.

GBSCAM!! SCAM!!! Beware! This company took my money and only shipped part of the order while charging my card the whole amount. I have found the owner's address and email! If that doesn't work, I will move to the next step! I will not stop until my $130 is returned! This is not the right time to be scamming ppl!

GBI placed an order with Blazed Vape… I placed an order with Blazed Vape on10/27! It has been 11 days and my order has not even been filled yet . I emailed them with no response as well . I spend over $100 and I feel like I should at least hear from them I have requested a total refund and choose not to shop with them again

GBAwful service Awful service, shipping times, and overall experience. They say packages usually ship within 24 hours and that they stop processing orders for the week on Fridays at (I believe) 5PM EST. I ordered on a Thursday. One can imply that I would receive in a week or so, but no. When I email asking for an update, nothing. I've emailed twice - I emailed their sales team directly and then I used the form that they direct you to use on their website. These aren't serious people and you shouldn't waste your time on them.
