Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes

Never say never Never say never - but I will never order from CI again barring drastic changes. I’ve ordered from CI several times past, no issues. And then just this week get a letter from a collection agency for a supposedly $60+ unpaid bill, 2 years ago!? Really? No notice until just now? If this is how you treat customers I will NEVER buy from CI again. Good luck with your shrinking customer base.

Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! CI is sending me magazines that i never ordered. others are also complaining about this. some sort of scam from a very shady company! beware! i have ordered for several years from CI. in september, i received several magazines in the mail that i did not order. when i called the magazines, they referred me to a publishing company. when i called the company, i was told that CI had them sent to me as a promotional item. i had the publishing company to stop any magazine orders to be sent to me. i ordered some cigars from CI about a week ago, and today, i got magazines from GQ and Harper's Bazaar. when i called the publishing company, they told me that they had put a stop to sending me magazines per my request in september. they said that CI was responsible for sending them. this is some sort of scam, where the magazines will eventually try to bill you for a subscription that you never ordered. you do not have to pay for a subscription that you did not order, but some people may feel intimitated enough to send money, then they will have a subscription. CI is behind this scam, so beware of this crooked company. no more CI for me!
