Not sure what has happened to CI, no shipping, twelve days since order and still not shipped. no email response, twenty eight minutes on hold for customer service no answer. Paid extra for a quicker delivery service on last order and CI still shipped by slow boat. DON'T GET FRUSTRATED, BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER!!!!!

Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? Strange Customer Service Today we noticed two suspicious charges… Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong. Bill and Donna

Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! The customer service rep also REFUSED to forward me to a supervisor! BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Here's my CF# CI029840252
