Strange Customer Service Today we noticed two suspicious charges… Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong. Bill and Donna

Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Never say never Never say never - but I will never order from CI again barring drastic changes. I’ve ordered from CI several times past, no issues. And then just this week get a letter from a collection agency for a supposedly $60+ unpaid bill, 2 years ago!? Really? No notice until just now? If this is how you treat customers I will NEVER buy from CI again. Good luck with your shrinking customer base.

Total scam. Total scam.. They cancelled my order because they "couldn't verify my address" (same address used to order hundreds of things online for last 10 years and nearly every single day) THEN THEY CHARGED BY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY

DON'T BUY FROM HERE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They will send you huge paper catalogues every month without asking and share your information with other businesses that will then also start harassing you with mail solicitations. After calling to cancel future catalogues, I'm still receiving them.
