CI is sending me magazines that i never ordered. others are also complaining about this. some sort of scam from a very shady company! beware! i have ordered for several years from CI. in september, i received several magazines in the mail that i did not order. when i called the magazines, they referred me to a publishing company. when i called the company, i was told that CI had them sent to me as a promotional item. i had the publishing company to stop any magazine orders to be sent to me. i ordered some cigars from CI about a week ago, and today, i got magazines from GQ and Harper's Bazaar. when i called the publishing company, they told me that they had put a stop to sending me magazines per my request in september. they said that CI was responsible for sending them. this is some sort of scam, where the magazines will eventually try to bill you for a subscription that you never ordered. you do not have to pay for a subscription that you did not order, but some people may feel intimitated enough to send money, then they will have a subscription. CI is behind this scam, so beware of this crooked company. no more CI for me!

I paid for faster delivery, price and quality I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late. If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing. The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me. They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They will send you huge paper catalogues every month without asking and share your information with other businesses that will then also start harassing you with mail solicitations. After calling to cancel future catalogues, I'm still receiving them.

Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month .. I went back to check and was charged back in 2022 two times for the same. The service rep explained he canceled the most recent and I would be contacted by customer service rep by email. BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I believe when you order there is box to UNCHECK to not sign up.. if you miss it and you will the charges start coming!! Its a shame as I recommend to my golf club members and friends all the time.. now that will have to change!!

A company with no process and no… A company with no process and no standards. After a box of cigars I ordered was sent back to them from the post office for an incorrect address CI never contacted me. They never answered my customer service requests even when I attached my questions to another order. The second order they actually accepted and then cancelled saying the cigars were out of stock. The first order that was sent back... well they just put those cigars back up for sale, kept the money they charged me and I suppose was just going to keep doing that until I stepped in 3 weeks later. My first attempt at dealing with a human customer service rep had a young twerpy voice barking at me like I was in the wrong. My second person Phil was decent person but even talented people stuck in crap still smell like poo. They're not going down hill, they're already in the gutter. The other reviews should confirm the same. With as many other fish in the sea as there are, your pole is better off in someone Elses pond. CI stinks, the water is murky and the fish are polluted.
