Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Ordered for years but as I’m reading Ordered for years but as I’m reading, the same comments keep popping up. Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. Customer Service is a phase realized there anymore. Too bad, used to be a good business

I paid for faster delivery, price and quality I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late. If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing. The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me. They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.

Honestly absurd at how long these… Honestly absurd at how long these people take to ship an order. Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes

Poor cigars Poor cigars - I have bought dozens of cigars from them and each time I seem to get 'factory seconds' - just absolute crap that burn poorly - it as if one is buying those cheap cuban knock offs in Mexico - then there is the shipping - I order second day shipping so my order is fresh - 5 days to the door - WTFR - I am finished with this company
