GBWill sell your address to 3rd party companies I was happy with the cigars and service BUT one big item turned me right off and makes me think I'll order elsewhere. I started getting magazines from Bazzar and Vogue. After filing a BBB complaint it was discovered that CI had passed my address to a company called bPerx who than passed it to a company called Subco, a publishing clearing house. Though BBB informed I was not charged for the magazines it was unsettling as to all appearances it appeared as someone had subscribed me and used my credit info for the subscriptions. I consider it an unethical practice CI to distribute my address in this manner to 3rd party companies. This is no way for a company to build trust or a dedicated customer base.

GBOrdered for years but as I’m reading Ordered for years but as I’m reading, the same comments keep popping up. Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. Customer Service is a phase realized there anymore. Too bad, used to be a good business

GBA company with no process and no… A company with no process and no standards. After a box of cigars I ordered was sent back to them from the post office for an incorrect address CI never contacted me. They never answered my customer service requests even when I attached my questions to another order. The second order they actually accepted and then cancelled saying the cigars were out of stock. The first order that was sent back... well they just put those cigars back up for sale, kept the money they charged me and I suppose was just going to keep doing that until I stepped in 3 weeks later. My first attempt at dealing with a human customer service rep had a young twerpy voice barking at me like I was in the wrong. My second person Phil was decent person but even talented people stuck in crap still smell like poo. They're not going down hill, they're already in the gutter. The other reviews should confirm the same. With as many other fish in the sea as there are, your pole is better off in someone Elses pond. CI stinks, the water is murky and the fish are polluted.

GBSwitching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Love these guys, buy from Cigar International J-

GBPoorly Handled Cigars and No Customer Service I have now received two shipments of cigars from CI that were obviously mishandled at some point. One batch (Torano 50 Years) came with a crumbling wrapper. The most recent batch (Victor Sinclair Vintage Select) came with shriveled looking, wrinkled wrapper and an impossible draw. Contacting CI via their website yielded no response whatsoever. Switching to Famous Smokes for my future online purchases. If you want to roll the dice on dried out, mishandled cigars, suit yourself.
