GBI paid for faster delivery, price and quality I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late. If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing. The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me. They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.

GBPutrid customer service I ordered a package of Ghurkas that included two rock glasses. When it arrived the glasses were broken. I sent a message to what CI laughingly calls customer service but it was ignored, as were two subsequent messages. Today as y I sent a message telling CI not to send me any more catalogs or emails, adding that it could go straight to hell. This ends a decades-long business relationship solely because of CI's abysmal lack of customer service or, for that matter, common courtesy.

GBNever say never Never say never - but I will never order from CI again barring drastic changes. I’ve ordered from CI several times past, no issues. And then just this week get a letter from a collection agency for a supposedly $60+ unpaid bill, 2 years ago!? Really? No notice until just now? If this is how you treat customers I will NEVER buy from CI again. Good luck with your shrinking customer base.

GBNot the company it use to be Not the company it use to be. I ordered a S.T. Dupont lighter and CI sent me a defective lighter. After calling to get it replaced, I was told they don't send return shipping labels for lighters and I would have to pay to have the defective lighter shipped back. I don't plan on buying from CI, their sister company Cigarbid.com, or any other company associated with them.

GBWill sell your address to 3rd party companies I was happy with the cigars and service BUT one big item turned me right off and makes me think I'll order elsewhere. I started getting magazines from Bazzar and Vogue. After filing a BBB complaint it was discovered that CI had passed my address to a company called bPerx who than passed it to a company called Subco, a publishing clearing house. Though BBB informed I was not charged for the magazines it was unsettling as to all appearances it appeared as someone had subscribed me and used my credit info for the subscriptions. I consider it an unethical practice CI to distribute my address in this manner to 3rd party companies. This is no way for a company to build trust or a dedicated customer base.
