GBTotal scam. Total scam.. They cancelled my order because they "couldn't verify my address" (same address used to order hundreds of things online for last 10 years and nearly every single day) THEN THEY CHARGED BY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY

GBWill sell your address to 3rd party companies I was happy with the cigars and service BUT one big item turned me right off and makes me think I'll order elsewhere. I started getting magazines from Bazzar and Vogue. After filing a BBB complaint it was discovered that CI had passed my address to a company called bPerx who than passed it to a company called Subco, a publishing clearing house. Though BBB informed I was not charged for the magazines it was unsettling as to all appearances it appeared as someone had subscribed me and used my credit info for the subscriptions. I consider it an unethical practice CI to distribute my address in this manner to 3rd party companies. This is no way for a company to build trust or a dedicated customer base.

GBPoor cigars Poor cigars - I have bought dozens of cigars from them and each time I seem to get 'factory seconds' - just absolute crap that burn poorly - it as if one is buying those cheap cuban knock offs in Mexico - then there is the shipping - I order second day shipping so my order is fresh - 5 days to the door - WTFR - I am finished with this company

GBStrange Customer Service Today we noticed two suspicious charges… Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong. Bill and Donna

GBPoorly Handled Cigars and No Customer Service I have now received two shipments of cigars from CI that were obviously mishandled at some point. One batch (Torano 50 Years) came with a crumbling wrapper. The most recent batch (Victor Sinclair Vintage Select) came with shriveled looking, wrinkled wrapper and an impossible draw. Contacting CI via their website yielded no response whatsoever. Switching to Famous Smokes for my future online purchases. If you want to roll the dice on dried out, mishandled cigars, suit yourself.
