Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! The customer service rep also REFUSED to forward me to a supervisor! BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Here's my CF# CI029840252

Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. Honestly absurd at how long these… Honestly absurd at how long these people take to ship an order. Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes

Auto signed me up for Puro Perks membership I've been ordering from CI for years and never had a problem, until now. I placed an order on June 12th, and all of a sudden I got 2nd charge on my card for $14.95 for an item labeled "Puro Perks Membership - MEM-CILOYAL-1000". When you click on the item description, there is none. I looked up this Puro Perks separately, and it's some BS monthly discount membership service that apparently CI started racking onto everyone's orders last month, judging from other complaints here. Gonna have to think real hard before I order from CI again. Too bad, they used to be dependable.
