GBNot sure what has happened to CI, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not sure what has happened to CI, no shipping, twelve days since order and still not shipped. no email response, twenty eight minutes on hold for customer service no answer. Paid extra for a quicker delivery service on last order and CI still shipped by slow boat. DON'T GET FRUSTRATED, BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER!!!!!

GBPoor cigars Poor cigars - I have bought dozens of cigars from them and each time I seem to get 'factory seconds' - just absolute crap that burn poorly - it as if one is buying those cheap cuban knock offs in Mexico - then there is the shipping - I order second day shipping so my order is fresh - 5 days to the door - WTFR - I am finished with this company

GBNot the company it use to be Not the company it use to be. I ordered a S.T. Dupont lighter and CI sent me a defective lighter. After calling to get it replaced, I was told they don't send return shipping labels for lighters and I would have to pay to have the defective lighter shipped back. I don't plan on buying from CI, their sister company Cigarbid.com, or any other company associated with them.

GBSwitching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return.
