Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! The customer service rep also REFUSED to forward me to a supervisor! BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! Here's my CF# CI029840252

Not the company it use to be Not the company it use to be. I ordered a S.T. Dupont lighter and CI sent me a defective lighter. After calling to get it replaced, I was told they don't send return shipping labels for lighters and I would have to pay to have the defective lighter shipped back. I don't plan on buying from CI, their sister company Cigarbid.com, or any other company associated with them.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They will send you huge paper catalogues every month without asking and share your information with other businesses that will then also start harassing you with mail solicitations. After calling to cancel future catalogues, I'm still receiving them.

The service rep explained he canceled the most recent and I would be contacted by customer service rep by email. BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I believe when you order there is box to UNCHECK to not sign up.. if you miss it and you will the charges start coming!! Its a shame as I recommend to my golf club members and friends all the time.. now that will have to change!!
