Pay more for quicker delivery but while my bank account shows they got my money, I haven’t received the cigars. In agreement with others, going elsewhere. GBNot sure what has happened to CI, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not sure what has happened to CI, no shipping, twelve days since order and still not shipped. no email response, twenty eight minutes on hold for customer service no answer. Paid extra for a quicker delivery service on last order and CI still shipped by slow boat. DON'T GET FRUSTRATED, BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER!!!!!

GBAuto signed me up for Puro Perks membership I've been ordering from CI for years and never had a problem, until now. I placed an order on June 12th, and all of a sudden I got 2nd charge on my card for $14.95 for an item labeled "Puro Perks Membership - MEM-CILOYAL-1000". When you click on the item description, there is none. I looked up this Puro Perks separately, and it's some BS monthly discount membership service that apparently CI started racking onto everyone's orders last month, judging from other complaints here. Gonna have to think real hard before I order from CI again. Too bad, they used to be dependable.

CABeen waiting 2 weeks since i placed my… Been waiting 2 weeks since i placed my order. They finally called me to do age verification. Still have not received an email about confirmation either. Lets see if i get my cigars

GBHey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month .. I went back to check and was charged back in 2022 two times for the same. The service rep explained he canceled the most recent and I would be contacted by customer service rep by email. BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I believe when you order there is box to UNCHECK to not sign up.. if you miss it and you will the charges start coming!! Its a shame as I recommend to my golf club members and friends all the time.. now that will have to change!!
