I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month .. I went back to check and was charged back in 2022 two times for the same. The service rep explained he canceled the most recent and I would be contacted by customer service rep by email. BEWARE OF POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I believe when you order there is box to UNCHECK to not sign up.. if you miss it and you will the charges start coming!! Its a shame as I recommend to my golf club members and friends all the time.. now that will have to change!!

Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Honestly absurd at how long these… Honestly absurd at how long these people take to ship an order. Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes

Not sure what has happened to CI, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not sure what has happened to CI, no shipping, twelve days since order and still not shipped. no email response, twenty eight minutes on hold for customer service no answer. Paid extra for a quicker delivery service on last order and CI still shipped by slow boat. DON'T GET FRUSTRATED, BUY FROM ANOTHER SELLER!!!!!
