Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE DON'T BUY FROM HERE. They will send you huge paper catalogues every month without asking and share your information with other businesses that will then also start harassing you with mail solicitations. After calling to cancel future catalogues, I'm still receiving them.

Total scam. Total scam.. They cancelled my order because they "couldn't verify my address" (same address used to order hundreds of things online for last 10 years and nearly every single day) THEN THEY CHARGED BY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY

I paid for faster delivery, price and quality I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late. If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing. The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me. They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.
