Never say never Never say never - but I will never order from CI again barring drastic changes. I’ve ordered from CI several times past, no issues. And then just this week get a letter from a collection agency for a supposedly $60+ unpaid bill, 2 years ago!? Really? No notice until just now? If this is how you treat customers I will NEVER buy from CI again. Good luck with your shrinking customer base.

Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Poor cigars Poor cigars - I have bought dozens of cigars from them and each time I seem to get 'factory seconds' - just absolute crap that burn poorly - it as if one is buying those cheap cuban knock offs in Mexico - then there is the shipping - I order second day shipping so my order is fresh - 5 days to the door - WTFR - I am finished with this company

CI is sending me magazines that i never ordered. others are also complaining about this. some sort of scam from a very shady company! beware! i have ordered for several years from CI. in september, i received several magazines in the mail that i did not order. when i called the magazines, they referred me to a publishing company. when i called the company, i was told that CI had them sent to me as a promotional item. i had the publishing company to stop any magazine orders to be sent to me. i ordered some cigars from CI about a week ago, and today, i got magazines from GQ and Harper's Bazaar. when i called the publishing company, they told me that they had put a stop to sending me magazines per my request in september. they said that CI was responsible for sending them. this is some sort of scam, where the magazines will eventually try to bill you for a subscription that you never ordered. you do not have to pay for a subscription that you did not order, but some people may feel intimitated enough to send money, then they will have a subscription. CI is behind this scam, so beware of this crooked company. no more CI for me!

I paid for faster delivery, price and quality I paid for faster delivery, my order is 4 days late. If you go to one of their stores, there is a big difference between online pricing and in store pricing. The quality of cigars has dropped off as well. Mouse holes, slits, canoes, rolled too tight and won't burn. End caps fall off while you're lighting the cigar. Too many issues for me. They have fallen out of favor as many have noted on here. I'm looking for another company now. Pretty sad really, I have used them for years.
