Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Been waiting 2 weeks since i placed my… Been waiting 2 weeks since i placed my order. They finally called me to do age verification. Still have not received an email about confirmation either. Lets see if i get my cigars

CI is sending me magazines that i never ordered. others are also complaining about this. some sort of scam from a very shady company! beware! i have ordered for several years from CI. in september, i received several magazines in the mail that i did not order. when i called the magazines, they referred me to a publishing company. when i called the company, i was told that CI had them sent to me as a promotional item. i had the publishing company to stop any magazine orders to be sent to me. i ordered some cigars from CI about a week ago, and today, i got magazines from GQ and Harper's Bazaar. when i called the publishing company, they told me that they had put a stop to sending me magazines per my request in september. they said that CI was responsible for sending them. this is some sort of scam, where the magazines will eventually try to bill you for a subscription that you never ordered. you do not have to pay for a subscription that you did not order, but some people may feel intimitated enough to send money, then they will have a subscription. CI is behind this scam, so beware of this crooked company. no more CI for me!

Honestly absurd at how long these… Honestly absurd at how long these people take to ship an order. Ordered Tuesday night and I still haven’t received a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Tried getting ahold of customer service and nothing. EDIT: Apparently my order was on hold for age verification, although I never was notified of this, I’m on the phone with them now and hopefully getting it straightened out. We’ll see how it goes
