Putrid customer service I ordered a package of Ghurkas that included two rock glasses. When it arrived the glasses were broken. I sent a message to what CI laughingly calls customer service but it was ignored, as were two subsequent messages. Today as y I sent a message telling CI not to send me any more catalogs or emails, adding that it could go straight to hell. This ends a decades-long business relationship solely because of CI's abysmal lack of customer service or, for that matter, common courtesy.

Hey CI customers BEWARE!!! Hey CI customers! Just a heads up to beware of CI signing you up for memberships without your knowledge. I was signed up for their PURO PERKS membership and charged $14.95/month for the last 2 months. I was able to cancel the membership & the Jan 2nd fee but not Dec 1st fee!!!! Switching to CI I have used JR Cigar in the past and let me tell you, I'll be going with CI from now on. 1: they have a great supply like JR but have way better cigars at better prices. I ordered 10 Macanudo Inspirado for under $3 per cigar. Oh Yes!! 2: they offer a better First Responder discount or which I am 3: they arrived sooner than expected, when does that happen? As well as having a great location in Tampa Bay, which I frequent, with attentive attractive bartenders (I don't drink) that remember your drink when you return. Strange Customer Service Today we noticed two suspicious charges… Today we noticed two suspicious charges on my husband bank account, after being on hold for a hour the young woman answered then saying she couldn't hear anyone, saying "are you there"? over and over again meanwhile I am speaking very loud but she keeps reapting the same sentence. On our end we had no problems but my first instinct was she heard us just fine, I can hope that I am wrong. Bill and Donna
