Scammed!!!! I paid and didn't receive money or item I sent my money for a box of glo carts and I got a tracking number but ALL OF A SUDDEN they needed $500 in insurance for the flight (which I was going to do as to have insurance but they said it's fully refundable and guess what it was a scam so I didn't get my item I purchased for $230 because I wasn't paying a fully refundable insurance because we all know insurance isn't refundable so that made me second guess it. So I then went online and looked it up on Google and thankfully it informed me it was a scam. So here I am without $230 because when I reached the company about it they were (unaware) of my issue. This was a week ago. I haven't received my money or the item.

Not very attentive or helpful Not very attentive or helpful. I believe this is a scam. I have to send money thru paypal friends and family to someone I don't know and when it didn't work he came up with another paypal address to send it to. It went through and he told me it didn't. Hasn't contacted me again and won't answer questions that I have. I reported it as unauthorized transaction.

Nothing easy about this! Paying was an issue. I would think it would be easier but it took 5 days to get an email with the payment information. Now its been another 5days and i haven’t received a confirmation email or shipment email…… nothing. I called to confirm they received it, was told they would call me back in a few mins and i got nothing back!?! Don’t even know if i’m getting anything. Very disappointed. I hope this isn’t a scam.
