Did not receive my package- WATCH OUT Did not receive my package. When checking on the status of my $250 dollar order was told I had to pay a refundable insurance fee of 550 by the delivery service, Smooth Global logistics. Still have not received my order, a refund, or any other update of my package or any word fron GLO.

The process seemed far too much like a… The process seemed far too much like a scam and I did not proceed with order. I got a different email each time I submitted an order and telephone numbers with area codes everywhere BUT California!

I thought it was easy when it came to… I thought it was easy when it came to placing the order, but I was never given complete instructions on how to make the payment. So my order technically didn’t go threw. Literally my only problem is what number do I make the payment to?

This Is A Scam Considering I'm still waiting on my order from November 2021 I'd say you suck. Took my $ and never shipped. Threatened my life via text when I kept threatening action. It's a scam and I will be contacting LA County Fraud. How's that? The parent company to all these scam sites is Dime Industries. 3240 Professional Dr, Auburn, CA 95602 1-951-525-5176. Bug the crap out of them.

Scammed!!!! I paid and didn't receive money or item I sent my money for a box of glo carts and I got a tracking number but ALL OF A SUDDEN they needed $500 in insurance for the flight (which I was going to do as to have insurance but they said it's fully refundable and guess what it was a scam so I didn't get my item I purchased for $230 because I wasn't paying a fully refundable insurance because we all know insurance isn't refundable so that made me second guess it. So I then went online and looked it up on Google and thankfully it informed me it was a scam. So here I am without $230 because when I reached the company about it they were (unaware) of my issue. This was a week ago. I haven't received my money or the item.
