Chat support is very responsive and resolves any issue I've had very quickly. I came from GoDaddy, and this is undoubtedly a breath of fresh air. Their support team took care of me promptly and with direct communication. Subsequently they've helped with coding issues, Wordpress issues, and other web related issues in a prompt fashion. They're excellent at responding to questions and emails. I know I'm a valued customer and highly recommend them.

GBBest Customer Service and Technical Support After years of dealing with poor service from HostGator, I finally made the jump to PeoplesHost. I am now also in the process of moving my domains to them as well. Peoplehost support is without a doubt, better than both HostGator and GoDaddy combined. They are extremely responsive with any support tickets I placed, and they moved all of my hosted sites over for me, along with my email, and transferred my domain quickly. I highly recommend using them. The price is right, and the support folks are Awesome!!

GBGreat group of fellows! Adam at PeoplesHost is incredible! At any moment, he's available to assist with whatever we need. Additionally, he goes above an beyond to help with issues unrelated to standard hosting. For instance, when we downgraded our services from VPS to shared hosting, he helped transferred all the email accounts. As long they're in business, I will continue to host my accounts with them.
