Best Customer Service and Technical Support After years of dealing with poor service from HostGator, I finally made the jump to PeoplesHost. I am now also in the process of moving my domains to them as well. Peoplehost support is without a doubt, better than both HostGator and GoDaddy combined. They are extremely responsive with any support tickets I placed, and they moved all of my hosted sites over for me, along with my email, and transferred my domain quickly. I highly recommend using them. The price is right, and the support folks are Awesome!!

Phillip Rocks Phillip on the support team is incredibly helpful, courteous, and informative. We are very pleased with PeoplesHost and our VPS services. They were able to migrate us from a shared server, almost seamlessly, and Phillip helped us achieve our PCI compliance required for our business, by updating and modifying some server settings.

Excellent experience. Handled migration without a hitch I had several sites that needed to be migrated from my previous web host. The team at PeoplesHost moved my personal site as well as my client sites within 1-2 hours after reeving the necessary info. Throughout the migration process their support staff communicated and sent updates. They even found and fixed issues my other web host wouldn't take a look at.. so far my experience with PeoplesHost has been stellar! Thanks to the issues from my previous web host I was able to find a web host that delivers a much needed personal and human touch compared to how I was treated at my previous web host.
