Best Customer Service and Technical Support After years of dealing with poor service from HostGator, I finally made the jump to PeoplesHost. I am now also in the process of moving my domains to them as well. Peoplehost support is without a doubt, better than both HostGator and GoDaddy combined. They are extremely responsive with any support tickets I placed, and they moved all of my hosted sites over for me, along with my email, and transferred my domain quickly. I highly recommend using them. The price is right, and the support folks are Awesome!!

Good server performance and amazing customer support! We've been using them for a few years now and system performance has been great. Their support team is great as well. They are very knowledgeable and responsive and recently they went over and above to help with my NOPCommerce upgrade when we upgraded from version 4.2 to 4.4.
