ESThey can cancel at the last minute and offer zero to you We have taken in a sweet stray and she is in desperate need of bath and shave down (very matted). We made an appointment with Groomit for Friday October 27 (soonest available) with a recommended tech - and good to go... Less than 24 hours before the service the tech cancels on me. They ask me to reschedule (next available with the tech is weeks away) - I chat with them and they are just basically "sorry" - no offer of any discount (realize the groom is like $400) - Their only suggestion is that I cancel... Now if I cancel on short notice they would charge me 50% - but they do it and Nothing. Terrible first impression.

GBJohn is always amazing with our toy… John is fantastic with our toy poodle. He’s always on time, he’s efficient and knows what he’s doing. I’d highly recommend him. She always looks adorable when he’s finished with her! Toy poodles are high strung so this takes anxiety away from her to have him come to our apartment to groom her rather then me taking her somewhere and dropping her off for a day of stress. It’s convenient for all !

GBGroomit is a fresh approach !!! I used groomit in my area here in NY and cannot say anything but good things about the service. The person whom came to groom my dog was very professional and on time. This takes a lot of pressure away from us especially in the covid era , since most groomers will not take pets right now or there are weeks of wait. Thank you groomit, I will be using you moving forward.

GBPuppy’s first grooming Our groomer Janeth was on time, kind to our puppy, kind to my kids who were watching, skilled with our puppy’s grooming, cleaned up thoroughly, and worked quickly. Great experience and a trauma-free first grooming experience for our pup!
