Austin Groom-it Groom-it has just moved here in Austin. The app was super easy to use! Our groomer Kay was terrific. She was very sweet, and kind to our pups. Chester had a perfect Bichon cut and was so so white! Junie our elderly Pomeranian looked foxy in her foxcut. Will definitely be a reoccurring customer.

John is always amazing with our toy… John is fantastic with our toy poodle. He’s always on time, he’s efficient and knows what he’s doing. I’d highly recommend him. She always looks adorable when he’s finished with her! Toy poodles are high strung so this takes anxiety away from her to have him come to our apartment to groom her rather then me taking her somewhere and dropping her off for a day of stress. It’s convenient for all !

Cat Whisperer Stress Free!!! Paulette is the Cat Whisperer!! Her kindness to my two large and very furry Maine Coons was par excellence!!! She arrived early, miraculously washed and groomed them & returned beautifully coifed, smelling great with no hair knots. Best of all, they were not traumatized by the barking dogs and long waits in the local doggie salons!!

WORKING THROUGH ISSUES Chase had more matts than I knew. I agreed to the extra cost of de-matting. There was a small wrap around her left foreleg due to the vet taking blood that morning. That created a kerfuffle which nearly ended the appointment. I should have just taken it off. The groomer did a good job of getting all the matts out and trimming Chase as I instruction (keep the outer coat). I stopped Groomit after three appointments were canceled. This was a test and it worked out well.
