Use Progressive over any of their competitors. I have used progressive more than 6 times in as many years (I have a current lease now). I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. Paid a few leases off @ 90 days & some longer. I’ve even had to return an item & cancel the lease - all without a hitch. I would highly recommend Progressive over Snap, Acima, Acceptance Now (nothing but headaches with this company - lies, do not fulfill agreement terms, and customer service CAN NOT or WILL NOT resolve issues) Bottom line - use and stick with Progressive. The worst experience I've ever had… The worst experience I've ever had leasing anything. First they took the full amount out of my checking 3 days after we took out the lease. Called them and got the run around at first than they agreed to reverse it but it would take 10 - 14 days to get the money back. The next morning they tried to take a regular payment out which did not go through. We returned the item and canceled the lease it cast us almost $100 with bounced fees and all just to be done with them.
