Follow their guidelines for filling out the application, pay the fee, set up an appt time and someone will call you to discuss your situation. I was able to speak to someone over the phone and not have to worry about going into an office.

The process is straight forward very simply if you need an urgent certification those are offered that’s what I ended up doing was able to receive it same day! I highly reccomend
