I encountered an issue and I created my own issue and both were solved very quickly with the life support that seems to be available at any time of the day. I am not experienced at all with website building but everything I needed help with was addressed pretty clearly to me and I didn't get discouraged or give up and was able to remedy any issues I was having. I actually decided to not go with Shopify because it was just too daunting and complicated so thumbs up on this one.
