I was impressed with the results of… I was impressed with the results of making a website with the IO. I encountered an issue and I created my own issue and both were solved very quickly with the life support that seems to be available at any time of the day. I am not experienced at all with website building but everything I needed help with was addressed pretty clearly to me and I didn't get discouraged or give up and was able to remedy any issues I was having. I actually decided to not go with Shopify because it was just too daunting and complicated so thumbs up on this one.

The rep was nice but not helpful. Unfortunately I have to watch videos elsewhere to get an understanding of how to do it. If you cant help then what's the point of customer service

feedback on my recent experiance Please note that the feedback is not only applying only on the agent but my overall recent experience. The agents' answers to my questions are overall satisfying however it is extremely annoying to receive responses every one or two days when the issue needs to be solved quickly, I don't know if the agents are on a shift not every day, and they respond when they are on a shift, or if you have too many requests and they do not have the time to answer all of them. In any case, I find that the management should take this under consideration to help the support system be faster and not take days for the agents to get back with a review or answer. thank you.
