The rep was nice but not helpful. Unfortunately I have to watch videos elsewhere to get an understanding of how to do it. If you cant help then what's the point of customer service

FRfeedback on my recent experiance Please note that the feedback is not only applying only on the agent but my overall recent experience. The agents' answers to my questions are overall satisfying however it is extremely annoying to receive responses every one or two days when the issue needs to be solved quickly, I don't know if the agents are on a shift not every day, and they respond when they are on a shift, or if you have too many requests and they do not have the time to answer all of them. In any case, I find that the management should take this under consideration to help the support system be faster and not take days for the agents to get back with a review or answer. thank you.
