I think my wife noticed the subtle changes first - increased core strength, less recovery time after exertion, the ability to help with chores around the house. Rachel was always available, in or out of the scheduled sessions, to answer questions or concerns, or find out from those who knew the answers. She was always positive, and made me feel good about what I was trying to do.

GBFlexibility is Key! Carda Health's program is effective because it meets at home, not at a local gym and helps me set realistic and steady goals that keep you moving forward. My physiologist, Nicole’s expertise and encouragement were just what I needed. I have greater flexibility and mobility because of this program. I can tell it has helped to make my movement better. All my tasks are easier to do. There were exercises that I could not do like squat to chair but can now. Nicole was very patient and encouraging! I really like their flexible scheduling.

GBSo many positive aspects of this… So many positive aspects of this program! Best thing I've done to improve my heart health and breathing. Many thanks to Andrew for helping me along on these first 11 weeks. The exercises vary from session to session and work a lot of different body areas. And the improvement in breathing! After I finish up the full initial program I am definitely moving on to doing this for as long as I'm physically able. Just a terrific program that I can't wait to bring to the attention of my cardiologist at my next appointment. Haven't felt this good and energized in years!

GBExercises gives me better balance and allows me to be more active Exercises made me better balanced and able to walk a bit more. Exercises were a bit fast at time for me as I’m recovering from having stints inplanted. I take an injection every 3 months for my prostrate cancer called Elegard and it take my energy away and not quite as agile as I would like to be.
