My experience was wonderful My experience was fantastic because I had an excellent therapist who listened to me and understood my medical issues. Her name is Kristen Liendfelder. She is very exuberant with her job and so patient. Carda sent me all the electronics needed for the tracking. I even got concern calls if my blood pressure was too high. I did 2 sessions 36 classes I think. Even when my pain was bad I did the class and felt better afterwards.

This program was exactly what I needed This program was exactly what I needed! I had not exercised for over 2 years and I have emphysema. I didn’t want to drive miles away for a traditional pulmonary rehab program. We started very slowly, but at the end of my 36 sessions, I dramatically improved from where I started. My Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Katlin Baumann, made this experience successful! She constantly supported me and offered me encouragement throughout. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. She truly showed that she cared for me. After my sessions were completed, Kaitlin told me to reach out to her whenever I needed her. You are truly valued as a Carda Patient! I am very glad Carda took me on as a self pay client, as I am not yet on Medicare. I pray that this will change in the future. There are many under 65 that need this program!

So many positive aspects of this… So many positive aspects of this program! Best thing I've done to improve my heart health and breathing. Many thanks to Andrew for helping me along on these first 11 weeks. The exercises vary from session to session and work a lot of different body areas. And the improvement in breathing! After I finish up the full initial program I am definitely moving on to doing this for as long as I'm physically able. Just a terrific program that I can't wait to bring to the attention of my cardiologist at my next appointment. Haven't felt this good and energized in years!

Back to a better body. After ending up with Afib, it was so helpful on knowing how to keep the body in better shape. I learned so many exercises for the total body that could be done at home. And to experience how exercise lowered blood pressure. The instructor clearly explained how the exercises should be done. Katie was vey good at reminding me of the appointed times. Also on adjusting the time if I needed make the program at a different time.

Love the program and the whole approach… Love the program and the whole approach to increased health. Several people have mentioned that I look healthy and more confident. Caitlin and Jonathan have been great. I’ve had other physiologists as well and while I can’t remember their names, I’ve appreciated each one. Friends and family have remarked that I have more energy and sense of being present with them since being in the program. I recommend this to anyone who has physical challenges with breathing or heart issues.
