The diagnostic e-mail also said: "If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at services at 24hrdoc.com." NO RESPONSE I went to a CVS medical clinic and got a prescription for amoxicilin that afternoon. I would NOT recommend using them for an ear infection despite the information about that problem being listed as one of the inflictions thay can address.
