I disliked the fact the fees increased… I disliked the fact the fees increased to 64$ a month and I am unable to receive the medication I was prescribed. I am paying for three months and not getting anywhere with my weightless journey. I do really it is not your company's fault the medication is backordered, but I should not be charged monthly if I am not using your service.

My providers listen to me as a woman… My providers listen to me as a woman and believe my symptoms. I got so sick of working with male doctors who don’t treat women’s conditions with respect and compassion. My last in-person PCP was misogynistic and treated me like I was a child. When I started with HelloAlpha it was focused primarily on women’s health issues, and being understood/listened to/believed was a refreshing change.
