GBTotal waste and money and time Main provider I was assigned to put an away message up for five days on day two of care. The fill in provider that started to answer my questions was absolutely no help and had obviously never read my file. She ended up suggesting I start a medication that I have been on already for the past 16 years. Total waste of money.

GBLong time patient. I have used Hello Alpha since July 2022 from weight loss, skincare, and female health care. They are the absolute best in my opinion. I do wish they would schedule appointments 3 weeks apart instead of 30 days apart. It makes it harder to get your refills and stay on time with dosing when the schedule appointments 30 days apart. But other than that, they are the best online healthcare available.

GBI am so disappointed and had thee worse… I am so disappointed and had thee worse experience with hello Alpha. I joined 3 months ago and never received my meds. Then I paid $19 just to try and order again and nothing. Everytime I would email them they took forever to write back! Its no wonder they don’t have a contact number… very very disappointing
