GBMixed bag Doc was great during appt. Asked questions re renewal and appointment was concluded with a promise that submission to the state would be completed that day. 2 weeks later, after I called to complain that they didn't complete their end, I had an expired license and they just said "sorry". They submitted that day and when I complained, I was told that due to the inconvenience, the state would be renewing on my expiration date. That is BS and I called them out for it. Still no apology that was meaningful nor any accommodations for their failure. Beware.

GBBeware Pricing! The telehealth process was straightforward and easy, and I was approved quickly. However, the pricing is extremely misleading. I was charged $130 for a thirty second video call in which the physician asked two questions. The website only shows what each state charges in fees, NOT the doctor fee. It was only after I paid the $130 that I was told I owed the state of Oklahoma an additional $100, my payment did not cover state application fees. I would not have used the service had I known the actual cost. In addition, the representatives on customer service chat (the only option, as leaving a message is the only option given when you call) ended the chat on me TWICE without any further explanation than "that's what it costs".

GBThe whole process was rushed and… The whole process was rushed and mishandled so badly that I had to submit a report to the State of Illinois in order to receive my certificate through Ascend. I was never able to reach a support staff member to explain the application process and the “doctor” had me on the phone for 30 seconds without explaining anything.

GBMy experience was awesome My experience was awesome! I made a appointment online. then got a the call next day about 5 minutes late but whatever life happens & The Phone call was quick & painless. Then within 24 hours got a email with the information I need to register with the state of Massachusetts. witch I did & had a temporary card that day. So from the time I made the appointment online to when I received my temporary ID was about 25 hours Well done leafy doc!
