The whole process was rushed and… The whole process was rushed and mishandled so badly that I had to submit a report to the State of Illinois in order to receive my certificate through Ascend. I was never able to reach a support staff member to explain the application process and the “doctor” had me on the phone for 30 seconds without explaining anything.

Had a great experience… Had a great experience with leafy doc fast response courteous and fair pricing was approved after I uploaded all my documentation with no hesitation chat was fast response and very helpful with any issues and concerns that I had recommend leafy dock to friends and family

Mixed bag Doc was great during appt. Asked questions re renewal and appointment was concluded with a promise that submission to the state would be completed that day. 2 weeks later, after I called to complain that they didn't complete their end, I had an expired license and they just said "sorry". They submitted that day and when I complained, I was told that due to the inconvenience, the state would be renewing on my expiration date. That is BS and I called them out for it. Still no apology that was meaningful nor any accommodations for their failure. Beware.
