Exceptional Service The folks at PrestoDoctor.com have made it about as easy as possible to get a medical recommendation. Everything is handled online, appointments are easy to schedule, and the video conferencing works really well. I was able to upload the information they needed quickly, and I got an appointment for the next business day. When I saw the doctor, he was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and very helpful in his recommendations. The follow-up documentation came via email within a few minutes. Much smoother process than I expected. My video doctor - David Nguyen was great. Very easy to talk with and seemed to have an empathic understanding of what I am going through. He didn't just use the questionnaire for a guideline but asked several probing questions and had me describe what I am feeling. Excellent Customer Service After I set my appt I realized I forgot to use the CA resident discount. I contacted the team and they were helpful and made sure I was able to apply the code. The doctor was unable to make me appt after I was already logged in but I was quickly contacted by a rep who apologized and was able to get me the next available appt which was only 10mins away. The doctor was very professional and kind and made sure that he answered any questions I had before we logged off. The process was fast and easy and I've already reccommended to friends:-)
