Amazingly simple! Prestodoctor made everything amazingly simple. The website is extremely easy to navigate. They have an instant chat feature and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner quickly and thoroughly. Filling out all of my information took maybe 10-15 minutes. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. David Nguyen for within the hour the same day. Dr. Nguyen is super nice and extremely knowledgable. He was very helpful in answering all questions that I had. I was able to print out a PDF of my recommendation letter within 20 minutes after meeting with Dr. Nguyen and use it to make a purchase with a local dispensary. I received my card and letter in the mail 2 days later. I can't recommend Prestodoctor enough. Thanks for making this process so easy.

Fast and easy! I couldn't believe how fast the appointment was. I don't think I've ever seen a more simple process. The Dr. and I met, she quickly reviewed my conditions and medications, said I was approved and to have a wonderful day. From start to finish, I had a PDF of my recommendation within 5 minutes! Simply AMAZING!

Much smoother process than I expected. My video doctor - David Nguyen was great. Very easy to talk with and seemed to have an empathic understanding of what I am going through. He didn't just use the questionnaire for a guideline but asked several probing questions and had me describe what I am feeling. What was supposed to be a 10 minute session probably went 40 minutes until he was satisfied. I also am very satisfied. Thank you Dr.Nguyen.!
