Highly recommend easy to access. got an appointment on a Sunday within 30 minutes - had time to upload my driver's license and fill out paperwork. my doctor was on time and informative. my referral was emailed right away.

Excellent Customer Service After I set my appt I realized I forgot to use the CA resident discount. I contacted the team and they were helpful and made sure I was able to apply the code. The doctor was unable to make me appt after I was already logged in but I was quickly contacted by a rep who apologized and was able to get me the next available appt which was only 10mins away. The doctor was very professional and kind and made sure that he answered any questions I had before we logged off. The process was fast and easy and I've already reccommended to friends:-)

Much smoother process than I expected. My video doctor - David Nguyen was great. Very easy to talk with and seemed to have an empathic understanding of what I am going through. He didn't just use the questionnaire for a guideline but asked several probing questions and had me describe what I am feeling. What was supposed to be a 10 minute session probably went 40 minutes until he was satisfied. I also am very satisfied. Thank you Dr.Nguyen.!
