GBGreat experience with XR Health I had a great experience at XR Health and with Ashley as my amazing Core physical therapist. I came in with terrible low back pain caused by not knowing how to correctly lift, stand or sit, and basically not knowing core strength. I am following her program for me and have wonderful relief. She is patient and understanding and knows how to make you feel better. And XR Health takes Medicare as full payment, which is wonderful in itself!

GBANSWER TO A PRAYER INJURED MY KNEE AND WAS EXPERIENCING INTENSE PAIN. MY THERAPIST SARAH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE PATIENT AND EFFECTIVE. I WAS SO GRATEFUL TO GET QUALITY CARE AT HOME. GBGreat health provider service! Very professional and friendly staff and support. This has been a terrific alternative to in-office PT! The standard exercises (stretches, weights, bands, etc.) are supplemented with a VR exercise plan. It's sort of like the Wii, but immersive 3D and much higher tracking and response. It makes the exercises much more enjoyable than just sliding your arm up and down a wall. Really, really, recommend XRHealth!

GBAwesome program to use!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE using XRhealth for my therapy. I feel like I get a good workout every time I do my therapy plan even though I am not able to move around or stand up to do the exercises. I feel like I'm actually getting stronger and moving around easier since starting my program and highly recommend using them if you need therapy.

GBTraditional and Virtual Personally, my therapist was amazing. She really tailored my therapies to fit me best. When I told her I wanted to incorporate more traditional physical therapy into our lessons, she more than obliged. Each week, I knew I was in for an extensive and exhausting session. She made sure to try and give me little homeworks in-between our sessions that I could incorporate into my everyday routine like my exercises, walking up and down my home stairs, or trying to get a walk in around my neighborhood. She really pushed and encouraged me to go harder. I appreciate the summer I got to spend with her training and getting stronger.
