Great health provider service! Very professional and friendly staff and support. This has been a terrific alternative to in-office PT! The standard exercises (stretches, weights, bands, etc.) are supplemented with a VR exercise plan. It's sort of like the Wii, but immersive 3D and much higher tracking and response. It makes the exercises much more enjoyable than just sliding your arm up and down a wall. Really, really, recommend XRHealth!

Shelby Mansour and XR Health Shelby has helped me so much to discover coping mechanisms using the XR apps. She asks me questions to determine how I'm feeling and gives me feedback to help resolve whatever issue I may be having. I look forward to our sessions and enjoy using each app she introduces me to.
