Great experience with XR Health I had a great experience at XR Health and with Ashley as my amazing Core physical therapist. I came in with terrible low back pain caused by not knowing how to correctly lift, stand or sit, and basically not knowing core strength. I am following her program for me and have wonderful relief. She is patient and understanding and knows how to make you feel better. And XR Health takes Medicare as full payment, which is wonderful in itself!

Awesome program to use!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE using XRhealth for my therapy. I feel like I get a good workout every time I do my therapy plan even though I am not able to move around or stand up to do the exercises. I feel like I'm actually getting stronger and moving around easier since starting my program and highly recommend using them if you need therapy.

3 Therapies are improving my left rotator-cuff. I've been doing chair and floor yoga for 2-1/2 years and taking collagen supplements for 5 months. Now with including VR sessions, I can move my left arm and rotator cuff a little more with little to no increase in existing pain level. I stop when I feel new or increased pain, and then we do other strength exercises.

Shelby Mansour and XR Health Shelby has helped me so much to discover coping mechanisms using the XR apps. She asks me questions to determine how I'm feeling and gives me feedback to help resolve whatever issue I may be having. I look forward to our sessions and enjoy using each app she introduces me to. I have even used them several times on my own. Our interactions leave me thinking about the way I do things and possible new and different solutions. I feel that my life has significantly improved since we've begun working together.

Best therapy ever! I have never had therapy like this. This was the best experience I have ever had and will definitely come back for any other therapy needs. The company, the tech support, and my personal therapist were extremely nice but very helpful too! I started out in so mich pain and with limited range of motion, by time I was done I had almost gottwn my comolete range of motion back and my pain was greatly reduced! Their VR therepy did way more than any of the traditional therapys I have done. I would highly rexommend using XR Health for all ur therepy needs whether young or old. Thanks XR health!
