Good therapist, extremely poor customer service Therapist was very good. Not responsive at all to emails regarding a problem. Received a bill for payment of $1200 despite having been assured XRHealth accepted Medicare. Cannot seem to get a response from anyone regarding this problem. Starting to feel like a scam outfit to me.

Empowering and fun! XR Health has been so empowering and fun! I was fatigued when I started XR Health while recovering from stage-1 breast cancer treatments. I have more energy now because of XR Health. Vaishali has been so supportive by bringing warm human connections to this advanced technology.

XR Health is a Blast, and it WORKS! XR Health has been an excellent experience for me. After a hip replacement last August, my hip stopped hurting but my low back was in pain every time I had to bend and pick up. With an 8-year old in the house, that's often! XR Health has given me floor exercises in addition to the VR stuff and I'm noticing a big difference after only two weeks. And the VR is a blast! It's so fun that I don't want to stop. There's components 'prescribed' by my physical therapist plus an exercise component that has varying levels so it's always challenging, but can be toned down too. The physical therapists are great too. I wasn't too sure how a PT session over Zoom would be, but it's been great. The therapists watch my form, make corrections and keep things moving along. I highly recommend XR Health.

Best therapy ever! I have never had therapy like this. This was the best experience I have ever had and will definitely come back for any other therapy needs. The company, the tech support, and my personal therapist were extremely nice but very helpful too! I started out in so mich pain and with limited range of motion, by time I was done I had almost gottwn my comolete range of motion back and my pain was greatly reduced! Their VR therepy did way more than any of the traditional therapys I have done. I would highly rexommend using XR Health for all ur therepy needs whether young or old. Thanks XR health!

ANSWER TO A PRAYER INJURED MY KNEE AND WAS EXPERIENCING INTENSE PAIN. MY THERAPIST SARAH WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE PATIENT AND EFFECTIVE. I WAS SO GRATEFUL TO GET QUALITY CARE AT HOME. I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING SUPPORT WHEN I STRAINED MY SHOULDER IN AUGUST. I FEEL SO MUCH STRONGER AND MORE CONFIDENT IN MY ABILITY TO MANAGE MY ACHES AND PAINS.
