GBMy physical therapist is great My physical therapist is great. She adds exercises to my routine that she feels will help me keep improving. The virtual reality adds guided meditaiton and movement exercises that are very useful. The customer service has been marvelous. When I have a question, someone calls back promptly and always assists with the technical aspects of the work

GBGood therapist, extremely poor customer service Therapist was very good. Not responsive at all to emails regarding a problem. Received a bill for payment of $1200 despite having been assured XRHealth accepted Medicare. Cannot seem to get a response from anyone regarding this problem. Starting to feel like a scam outfit to me.

GBPT with Goggles PT with Goggles This PT was one of the most unique & creative therapy sessions , I have experienced. It was bit challenging but productive and Brain Stimulating . My Therapist Michael Clemente was one of the best, he was very helpful and patience and above all very encouraging . I wouldn't mind trying again. My only recommendation is to improve the software as there were few glitches.

GBI LOVE XR Health! My experience thus far with XR Health has been excellent! I am being treated very well; those whome I've interacted with at XR Health have been nothing less than kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, happy to answer my questions, respectful, and compassionate. The virtual reality treatment program, for me, is awesome! I'm learning alot and having fun while getting healthier (mind & body collectively). I look forward to doing my treatment plan every day, and haven't missed one yet- and I'm usually notorious for being late for literally everything, but not this. I love it. I absolutely would (and do) recommend XR Health to everyone. 😊

GB3 Therapies are improving my left rotator-cuff. I've been doing chair and floor yoga for 2-1/2 years and taking collagen supplements for 5 months. Now with including VR sessions, I can move my left arm and rotator cuff a little more with little to no increase in existing pain level. I stop when I feel new or increased pain, and then we do other strength exercises.
