GBDON’T DO IT!! I was looking for an ESA letter from a physician in the state where I reside, Montana. Upon googling, Fast ESA was the first company to populate with this phrase: GET ENDORSED BY THE LOCAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN MONTANA. When I received the letter, the physician’s office location was in Arizona, and he was NOT licensed in Montana. After several emails disputing what is clearly NOT on their letter, I have requested my money back immediately.
