Efficient, thorough, caring, able to obtain relief from from debilitating symptoms quickly I really appreciate the quick and efficient process. I received an appointment for literally the day after I applied and the doctor was very thorough with his questions and gave me some new insights into what is causing my situation. My prescription was called in right after the appointment and I was able to pick it up that evening. Other places I have had to wait over a week for an appointment and just as long for a prescription. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like telehealth because COVID is surging now and I also I have very bad doctor anxiety.

EZCare Clinic and Dr Bradley Noon were a big help. Dr. Moon was also local which made me feel a lot better. This service is for people who actually need it.

My prescriptions were filled and picked up 90 minutes after my appointment. By far, the most convenient and most productive way to be seen by a professional I have experienced. It's almost to good be true, so I am extremely thankful that I took a chance on this practice. It was super quick to get into seeing a… It was super quick to get into seeing a doctor which helps stop delaying the healing process. The doctor I spoke to was kind and seemed like she cared and did not try to rush through it. I was able to get the medications I needed and was on previously because that has been a huge issue finding a doctor who can prescribe the medication I need. All in all it went great and will keep going!!

No consultation ever took place! I had set up an appointment for Thursday, February 22 at 11:30am cst for a consultation with Dr. Robin Sneed but as instructed, I was on the email link to join the conversation with the doctor. We could not make contact due to technical issues and the doctor told me to log out and back in again… I did this several times but was unable to complete the service that I paid $195 for. Tried to reach the customer service team in San Francisco but I was put on hold with no way to resolve this issue…
