GBI live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Great I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Awesome! For the first time in a long time i actually felt heard by my psychiatrist! Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!

GBWish I had found this place years ago… Wish I had found this place years ago so I wouldn't have to deal with the BS from the VA. Dr. Romero has been very accommodating to my needs and I am in a much better place now thanks to him. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Got an appointment in less than 48 hours when most of the clinics where I live were 3 months out.

GBThis place just takes your money and doesn’t care Very disappointed in the entire experience. Their website advertises that they can prescribe an assortment of anti-anxiety medications yet in reality it is a bait and switch. The provider basically will offer you a variety of anti-depressants - anyone you want, he really could not care less - with very little explanation of what their effects are and when I told him I didn’t want to have a medication I need to take every day that’s very hard to get off of, he basically said well too bad anxiety is a life long condition. No compassion from the provider. Then, they only called one of the two prescriptions into the pharmacy and when I had to reach out to call in the second one it was the wrong medicine, and now the back-end admin is acting like I’m the one who is wrong and that it’s totally impossible that the provider who was half asleep and finished the consultation in 5 minutes made a mistake in writing his notes. So disappointed.

GBI'm Convinced That Telehealth Is No Longer Beneficial In this economy, $195 is NOT cheap. EZcare Clinic charges $195 for a 10 minute appoint AND if you don't have insurance, you have to pay for the prescriptions as well. Depending on the medication(s), you're looking at about $300 out of pocket, which is my current situation. Initially, they cancelled my first appointment and I asked for a refund. They claimed that it would take a month for a refund, despite me requesting the refund before any appointment took place which is in their "refund policy." After a week, I finally decided to give them a chance and so far, I'm regretting it. The NP said that it could take up to 6 weeks for any relief! WOW! This is too expensive for trial and error. These people want your money upfront without sure results. One of the medications they put me on is doing the complete opposite of what it's suppose to and making me sick, decreasing my already LOW quality of life. EzCare Clinic uses a "one size fits all" approach when diagnosing patients. I never once felt heard or understood during my appointment. I was diagnosed with PD at the early age of 10 years old. By this age, I had been through enough trauma for A FEW lifetimes. That excludes my teenage and adult years. I've been battling this for over TWO DECADES! Everyone deserves to be treated like an individual when it comes to their health but here, you are forced into a box, thrown placebos or Benadryl and sent on your way...FOR $300! That's absurd. I suggest finding a provider close to you and going to see them in person because there is only so much telehealth can do at this point. It was convenient during the pandemic but its useless now because you're not seeing actual doctors. I'll update if anything changes.
