GBEZcare Clinic Gratitude The Dr I see listens to my concerns, and what I am working on. He is willing to work with me, and at the same time, he expresses concerns and gives advice. My prescriptions were filled and picked up 90 minutes after my appointment. By far, the most convenient and most productive way to be seen by a professional I have experienced. It's almost to good be true, so I am extremely thankful that I took a chance on this practice. I would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, business partners... from my experience, they only way that someone can be disappointed with EZ care, is if they refrain from taking the chance and opportunity to experience the team for themselves Aaron

GBI'm Convinced That Telehealth Is No Longer Beneficial In this economy, $195 is NOT cheap. EZcare Clinic charges $195 for a 10 minute appoint AND if you don't have insurance, you have to pay for the prescriptions as well. Depending on the medication(s), you're looking at about $300 out of pocket, which is my current situation. Initially, they cancelled my first appointment and I asked for a refund. They claimed that it would take a month for a refund, despite me requesting the refund before any appointment took place which is in their "refund policy." After a week, I finally decided to give them a chance and so far, I'm regretting it. The NP said that it could take up to 6 weeks for any relief! WOW! This is too expensive for trial and error. These people want your money upfront without sure results. One of the medications they put me on is doing the complete opposite of what it's suppose to and making me sick, decreasing my already LOW quality of life. EzCare Clinic uses a "one size fits all" approach when diagnosing patients. I never once felt heard or understood during my appointment. I was diagnosed with PD at the early age of 10 years old. By this age, I had been through enough trauma for A FEW lifetimes. That excludes my teenage and adult years. I've been battling this for over TWO DECADES! Everyone deserves to be treated like an individual when it comes to their health but here, you are forced into a box, thrown placebos or Benadryl and sent on your way...FOR $300! That's absurd. I suggest finding a provider close to you and going to see them in person because there is only so much telehealth can do at this point. It was convenient during the pandemic but its useless now because you're not seeing actual doctors. I'll update if anything changes.

GBEfficient, thorough, caring, able to obtain relief from from debilitating symptoms quickly I really appreciate the quick and efficient process. I received an appointment for literally the day after I applied and the doctor was very thorough with his questions and gave me some new insights into what is causing my situation. My prescription was called in right after the appointment and I was able to pick it up that evening. Other places I have had to wait over a week for an appointment and just as long for a prescription. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like telehealth because COVID is surging now and I also I have very bad doctor anxiety.

GBWish I had found this place years ago… Wish I had found this place years ago so I wouldn't have to deal with the BS from the VA. Dr. Romero has been very accommodating to my needs and I am in a much better place now thanks to him. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Got an appointment in less than 48 hours when most of the clinics where I live were 3 months out.

GBI had an amazing experience with the… I had an amazing experience with the medical staff. I’ve dealt with Tele health since I’ve moved to a new location and they totally understood me. They know where I’m coming from. They genuinely care and they seek to understand you and what your situation is. Any problem solve they have to be the most compassionate and understanding team I’ve dealt with yet and I highly recommend them.
