I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Great I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Awesome! For the first time in a long time i actually felt heard by my psychiatrist! Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!

Absolutely blown away at the kindness… Absolutely blown away at the kindness and respect my doctor Pamela has shown me she takes her time to make sure I have the right medicine and explains everything to me and always answers all my questions. She has helped me tremendously. Thank you Pamela for helping me get back on track you’re awesome.

BEWARE. This place is a complete mess and they should be ashamed for robbing people who need help. They are a terribly organized company and will steal your money. Please use a regular provider as this one will cause more harm than good. Update: I tried to get my medical records from this company so I can switch to regular provider. What do they tell me. It’ll cost money which is unacceptable considering the reason I am not using this company is they stole money from me in the first place. Once again please please use a regular provider and save yourself money and from getting more stress and anxiety.

WAY Better than expected!!! The only problem I've ever had with this company is getting a pharmacy to fill the prescription because they are e-docs. However, I found one and the company themselves couldn't have been more helpful. I think you can reach the night and day and either way you have so many options for contact there's always someone to check up on you after a doctor's appointment and the options are endless for appointment times! They have many doctors many hours many employees and they are all very helpful!

EZcare Clinic Gratitude The Dr I see listens to my concerns, and what I am working on. He is willing to work with me, and at the same time, he expresses concerns and gives advice. My prescriptions were filled and picked up 90 minutes after my appointment. By far, the most convenient and most productive way to be seen by a professional I have experienced. It's almost to good be true, so I am extremely thankful that I took a chance on this practice. I would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, business partners... from my experience, they only way that someone can be disappointed with EZ care, is if they refrain from taking the chance and opportunity to experience the team for themselves Aaron
