I had an amazing experience with the… I had an amazing experience with the medical staff. I’ve dealt with Tele health since I’ve moved to a new location and they totally understood me. They know where I’m coming from. They genuinely care and they seek to understand you and what your situation is. Any problem solve they have to be the most compassionate and understanding team I’ve dealt with yet and I highly recommend them.

No consultation ever took place! I had set up an appointment for Thursday, February 22 at 11:30am cst for a consultation with Dr. Robin Sneed but as instructed, I was on the email link to join the conversation with the doctor. We could not make contact due to technical issues and the doctor told me to log out and back in again… I did this several times but was unable to complete the service that I paid $195 for. Tried to reach the customer service team in San Francisco but I was put on hold with no way to resolve this issue…

Positive experience with EZcare clinic I had a good experience with EZcare clinic. I signed up and payed for an appointment for the following day with Marinel Abellada. My appointment was over video call from my house and started right on time. We talked for about 30 minutes and she was very nice and helpful. She filled my prescription for anxiety medication. I would recommend using EZcare clinic.

I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Great I live in OH and EzCare / Medvidi Are Awesome! For the first time in a long time i actually felt heard by my psychiatrist! Be patient as the can sometimes take a little longer than I would like but overall, so far, My experience w them has been great. I canceled my first appointment and they refunded me my money fairly promptly and so I decided to give it another shot and I'm so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Astor and thank you Medvidi!
