“Expedited shipping” ?? How can I give a review when I still don’t even have the product I ordered back on 12/4 and paid $10 for “expedited” shipping which was not a choice- and clearly not expedited. Tracking says 12/18 but who knows…

Placed an order November 7 Placed an order November 7, 2023. Received an email that the product was shipped 11/14 (Package says 11/13). Tracking number would not work. Emailed company on 11/18 with no reply. Emailed a second time with no response. Called and left a message with no reply. Finally received product 11/24. This is the longest I have waited for a product and that no one replied to my emails (says emails will be answered within 24-72 hours) or phone call does not look very good for the company. This is the first time I have ordered with your company and I am not very happy with the timeline and no response.

Great company and product My husband and I have been taking the multi mineral blend for almost 2 years with great results-crisper minds, better memory, general health improvements. The company has been easy to communicate with and responsive to inquiries. I highly recommend the company and their products!
