Love this product!! Product arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. I have used the collagen sea moss facial serum a few times since I received it and so far I love it! Placed an order November 7 Placed an order November 7, 2023. Received an email that the product was shipped 11/14 (Package says 11/13). Tracking number would not work. Emailed company on 11/18 with no reply. Emailed a second time with no response. Called and left a message with no reply. Finally received product 11/24. This is the longest I have waited for a product and that no one replied to my emails (says emails will be answered within 24-72 hours) or phone call does not look very good for the company. This is the first time I have ordered with your company and I am not very happy with the timeline and no response.
