Good quality, support small businesses the shipping was fast and dependable. I bought the mineral blend. It’s so great that they include the irish mosh, bladderwrack and the shilajit. I know of companies that charge the same amount for just Shilajit capsules or irish moss capsules. This one has them together also with the bladderwrack. I know they are expensive but it’s worth it. We need to support smaller businesses and big corporations. I believe they are charging the most minimal amount Yaya can because the ingredients are good quality. It’s best to buy a few of them at the same time when there is discount to make the most out of your money and the shipping cost.
