Great experience Great experience! I received my prescription within two hours. Very easy website. Saved me hours having to go to Urgent Care and my co-pay would have been the same. I definitely will be back and recommend it to friends and family.

Semi-fraudulent They wouldn't pay for lab costs like they advertise they will. When I contacted them about the bills I was receiving they told me not to worry about them and that they would take care of them. After more than a month the bills kept coming. I reached out again multiple times and still have not received any response regarding a resolution. I would not recommend using this company. They are unethical and unprofessional at best. UPDATE: After filing a complaint with the BBB and rating them on TrustPilot, they finally decided I was worth talking to and they sent me a $15 refund. Hardly worth the time and effort and headache of dealing with them. A customer shouldn't have to go to those extremes to get a response from a company. I still would not recommend using their services unless you have a lot of time to waste playing their frustrating customer service games.

DO NOT USE CALL ON DOC Never used call on doc before but i had strep throat and need medicine asap… i went on call on doc filled everything out, it was all fine until i went to the designated pharamacy for pick up… they told me my name and medication was no where to be found in the system. when i tried to contact call on doc they had no phone number only texting… so i have been waiting for a response with only a short time to get medication. absolutely unprofessional never will use again.

I was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first, but really needed to get an amoxicillin prescription ASAP, so I decided to give this a shot. I was impressed with the turnaround. Within 30 mins of submitting my consult data, my prescription was sent to CVS. Can definitely recommend.

Fast response and got RX at my local… Fast response and got RX at my local drugstore within 2-3 hours from submitting my request. No issue picking up and used GoodRX for low cost. I was skeptical, but based on the many positive reviews, thought it would be ok. It turned out great and smooth. Not sure why others who show 1 star had issues, but in my case, no problem at all.
