They will take money, will no deliver kits and will not respond. I had to pay second one and I can not believe they are on the government website so disappointing.

No response, no refund, nothing Unfortunately, they did not cancel my appointment for a LF Test as asked to do when I sent an e-mail to hello(at)pcrtest.co.uk. They do not take the phone either (called several times in the last couple of weeks...) and I have not received a refund of the 49pound I paid, although I cancelled in advance (which cancels the contract after the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013!). Absolute no response nor information! Disappointed :(

Read conditions fully before giving… Read conditions fully before giving this outfit any money. I had to cancel UK trip a month out and requested a refund. I only got 14 pounds back from the 49 pounds I paid. 25 pound "administrative fee" levied. Rip-off!

Very helpful and professional A very helpful and professional company. I had a problem with misunderstanding part of the procedure when returning into the UK. The agent sorted everything for me over the telephone. I would recommend Claret Diagnostics and will be using them again myself if required.
