Slow Did not meet delivery date (ordered on Saturday, kits arrived on Thursday). They blamed Royal Mail for the delay, however separate government test kits arrived within a day using Royal Mail so clearly the delay was on Claret's side. The impact of this is that we missed our day 2 test window and had to isolate for significantly longer than expected.

Excellent service! Ordered pre-holiday PCR and day 2 PCR tests for 6 people. Great service with no problems at all. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Dissatisfied and disappointed Claret have robbed myself and two other people I know. They wait till you call because they don't send results and if you don't have tracking number they can't do nothing...no refunds. These people are making a fortune and not supplying the service they advertise. I strongly recommend considering alternatives. I spent all 9 days of my vacation quarantined waiting for results.

Results arrived 00.22 - slightly late. Whole outfit inspires confidence and much better than their rather basic website. Best private PCR testers I have found so far, in a field full of dodgy providers.
