Luna was a great experience Luna was a great experience. Adam, my physical therapist, had me walking with a cane in 17 days. Although I only reached 87% in the knee bend, it was due to the swelling in my right knee and leg. It was really hard to get the knee to bend all the way due to the swelling. Adam was patient, and guided me through the process. I had other physical therapy in California when I had my left knee done, but it was weeks before I was near where I am now. Adam has done a great job and we really appreciate having someone like him on your staff. The best was having the convenience of having someone come to the house to do the therapy. Thank you very much.

Convenient, but needs some work. I really liked having the therapist come to my home instead of travelling to them. Unfortunately the therapist assigned wasn't well versed in what I needed so ultimately it didn't help much. Be aware that their billing practices are a bit strange. I wasn't billed per session as we went, i received a massive single bill at the end which caught me off guard. They did automatically bill my card on file or offer to bill it, instead send me regular paper bills with no online means to remit my payment. They have some work to do with setting billing expectations and making it easy to collect payments.

I am having knee replacement surgery… I am having knee replacement surgery this week and am supposed to start PT 24-48 hours after surgery. My surgeon referred me to Luna but I can't get anything with them for the foreseeable future. First they put me on a wait-list but because no one took my case, they dropped me from the list. My surgeon's office contacted them and after getting dropped from a call, they begrudgingly set me up with someone two days after my procedure. Then I got a call today saying that because I was outside the therapist's area of work, my appointment was cancelled. I was finally able to get connected with someone but it still feels somewhat awkward. The fact that I have a bunch of bands and equipment from previous surgeries so I was ready but I felt like the therapist may not have been fully prepared for my session (it only lasted a little over 30 minutes).

The PT I had was excellent The PT I had was excellent, unfortunately she found another job. LUNA failed to took action upon her two week notice to take action to take to get another physical therapist so that I would get the ongoing treatment I need. I learned of this we they sent me a notice stating my appt was canceled. I've have now called and they're just now started looking for someone to treat me when they knew 2 weeks ago. Does Luna really care about their Patients??
