GBI would give Luna PT zero stars if I… I would give Luna PT zero stars if I could. A dear friend of mine was in hospital for over 1 month. Luna contacted us both about scheduling PT at my home ( where he is rehabbing). We both returned calls, over 2 weeks ago, and they said he wil start PT that week, as they’re finding Therapists. Since then? 1x per week, they text him saying they’re still looking for a therapist. What the heck? I’m doing PT and going to get him to my place. He’s been seeing a friend/therapist in the meantime, since Luna Therapy is a complete failure at their business. I believe that this company has the absolute worst customer service and booking services. I read the reviews, and the ones with 1 star all say same thing. They do not know how to do bookings, drop the ball, and are awful. They truly need to re-think their business and customer service model. Shame on Luna!!!

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Coming off of a back injury I had a daily Rx for physical therapy. I’m not driving yet and I would love in home services. And I control everything with my phone and apps so loved this concept. But Luna totally FAILED. I’m truly in need of medical help and I’ve been waiting two days to hear back from their “network” of experts. I even called into their customer service line to try to get help and was put on hold for 30 mins before I finally gave up. I also tried an online contact to no avail beyond standard messaging. Moving on to the next option. If you need help, my advice is don’t waste your time with Luna.

GBI am having knee replacement surgery… I am having knee replacement surgery this week and am supposed to start PT 24-48 hours after surgery. My surgeon referred me to Luna but I can't get anything with them for the foreseeable future. First they put me on a wait-list but because no one took my case, they dropped me from the list. My surgeon's office contacted them and after getting dropped from a call, they begrudgingly set me up with someone two days after my procedure. Then I got a call today saying that because I was outside the therapist's area of work, my appointment was cancelled. I was finally able to get connected with someone but it still feels somewhat awkward. The fact that I have a bunch of bands and equipment from previous surgeries so I was ready but I felt like the therapist may not have been fully prepared for my session (it only lasted a little over 30 minutes).

GBPositive Physical Therapy Experience My physical therapist from Luna, Janet Mueller, was highly knowledgeable and professional. She was a pleasure to work with and helped me regain my balance, reflexes, and normal walking gait quickly. I recommended her to my friends. If I ever need physical therapy again, I want to work with her.

GBConvenient, but needs some work. I really liked having the therapist come to my home instead of travelling to them. Unfortunately the therapist assigned wasn't well versed in what I needed so ultimately it didn't help much. Be aware that their billing practices are a bit strange. I wasn't billed per session as we went, i received a massive single bill at the end which caught me off guard. They did automatically bill my card on file or offer to bill it, instead send me regular paper bills with no online means to remit my payment. They have some work to do with setting billing expectations and making it easy to collect payments.
