The PT I had was excellent The PT I had was excellent, unfortunately she found another job. LUNA failed to took action upon her two week notice to take action to take to get another physical therapist so that I would get the ongoing treatment I need. I learned of this we they sent me a notice stating my appt was canceled. I've have now called and they're just now started looking for someone to treat me when they knew 2 weeks ago. Does Luna really care about their Patients??

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Coming off of a back injury I had a daily Rx for physical therapy. I’m not driving yet and I would love in home services. And I control everything with my phone and apps so loved this concept. But Luna totally FAILED. I’m truly in need of medical help and I’ve been waiting two days to hear back from their “network” of experts. I even called into their customer service line to try to get help and was put on hold for 30 mins before I finally gave up. I also tried an online contact to no avail beyond standard messaging. Moving on to the next option. If you need help, my advice is don’t waste your time with Luna.

Convenient, but needs some work. I really liked having the therapist come to my home instead of travelling to them. Unfortunately the therapist assigned wasn't well versed in what I needed so ultimately it didn't help much. Be aware that their billing practices are a bit strange. I wasn't billed per session as we went, i received a massive single bill at the end which caught me off guard. They did automatically bill my card on file or offer to bill it, instead send me regular paper bills with no online means to remit my payment. They have some work to do with setting billing expectations and making it easy to collect payments.

Luna was a great experience Luna was a great experience. Adam, my physical therapist, had me walking with a cane in 17 days. Although I only reached 87% in the knee bend, it was due to the swelling in my right knee and leg. It was really hard to get the knee to bend all the way due to the swelling. Adam was patient, and guided me through the process. I had other physical therapy in California when I had my left knee done, but it was weeks before I was near where I am now. Adam has done a great job and we really appreciate having someone like him on your staff. The best was having the convenience of having someone come to the house to do the therapy. Thank you very much.

Left Shoulder Injury Luna Therapy was referred to me by my CORE doctor, Dr. John Brown. There were no delays waiting to be scheduled, and from start to finish everything went well. My physical therapist, Amy Luna, was always on time. Amy was always cheerful, very personable and professional and easy to work with. We had eleven sessions. Through her encouragement and instructions I was able to gain full mobility in left my arm after six months of pain and very limited use of my left arm. Thank you Amy! I would definitely refer family and friends, and would hope they received the care, and attention I received.
