They charge extra to fill out employers… Needed help in between Veterans Affairs appointments, They charge extra to fill out employers form and the websites states they will help with fmla for a flat fee wich i paid and was not told its another $60 to fill out the form its a scam then charge monthly to keep giving FMLA. No easy way to connect with them. I paid for nothing….

I contacted FMLA MD who was in… I contacted FMLA MD who was in partnership with Hinds Family Care. The provider FMLA MD's Dr. Leah quit the partnership as I was trying desperately to have papwork filled out properly. My employer's FMLA forms all of them needed to be filled out and correctly at that. This was so stressful because the back and forth chats with colleagues every day to have Dr. Hines fill out all the forms needed for short-term disability and 2 virtual chats with Dr. Leah and $286.00 and the colleagues saying that it was faxed over properly to have my appeal DENIED. I contacted Dr. Hinds and setup a chat. He was not available for the virtual chat and finally called me . Our conversation was about a minute. He was rushing me off the phone when I explained what I needed and he said he understood and would have a colleague reach out to me. This was April 4th. I let him know I have until April 14th to properly fill out the forms etc. NO call & I lost the apeal. Like the last review, He is ALL about the $$$ - The communication was awful between the to companies and I spent more time worried about the forms thank my own health. This was since February- not fair. I am going to dispute the charges after trying to contact them. We'll see....

FMLA MD met my emergency care + documentation needs… I'm so grateful for FMLA MD. These doctors are meeting a very serious need in our communities, helping fill the gap in our healthcare system where individuals need rapid health assessment and documentation to provide to employers. My issue was mental health, and I did not have any present providers, and either could not get an appointment with a long term provider quick enough, or other providers were flat out unwilling to fill out documentation since I wasn't a prior patient!!! FMLA MD was a job saver, literally, as well as a huge, huge relief, which was a medicine in and of itself. The price was also very reasonable, I'm still thankful, still grateful.

Will use again! I needed my FMLA renewed and my current doctor was booked for over a month. I found FMLAMD and they had my paperwork back to me within 1 day! Professional, courteous, and fast response time! Will be using them again when renewal time comes.
