As advertised As advertised. They were 15 minutes late to appt, but they got my info and filled out my company's fmla paperwork. I had appt Friday and got paperwork back Sunday night. No problems from my employer.

DON’T DO IT! Booked an initial appointment online on Friday March 22. Was charged the fee of $49. I filled out the initial forms they needed. Appointment was set for Monday. I recieved an email on Saturday the 23rd that was refund reciept. Reached out to their care team and they responded that they are not currently accepting new patients. Why not put that on their website in the first place and continue to charge people ? I cannot get into my regular Dr for at least a month and I can’t work right now and needed to start the FMLA process. This is a bad business practice. I really hope that they actually refund the initial money that I was charged!

Will use again! I needed my FMLA renewed and my current doctor was booked for over a month. I found FMLAMD and they had my paperwork back to me within 1 day! Professional, courteous, and fast response time! Will be using them again when renewal time comes.

Fmla Md was very helpful in helping me… Fmla Md was very helpful in helping me get my FMLA claim all set up. They answered all my questions and faxed all my necessary paperwork I needed. Definitely would recommend them if you need FMLA.
