GBI Can't Thank Them Enough. After I found myself in between doctors after my regular provider became a Medicare only practice. FMLA MD (Lauren) filled out my documents and even filed them for me with my companies (time away from work) approval dept. My employer called me and said that my (intermittent) leave had been approved.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM FMLAMD This is a Mickey Mouse operation STAY AWAY FROM FMLAMD. I was on leave with them and then in the middle of the leave they stopped doing my paperwork and jeopardized my job and my state benefits. I ended up losing my state benefits here in California. I ended up getting my money back from this POS office. If you are looking for time off due to stress and anxiety STAY AWAY FROM FMLAMD they will give you even more stress and anxiety. I will be filing a complaint against this MD and their office.

GBFMLA MD - Highly Recommend! I was in need of setting up FMLA with my work due to having to care for my Mom on more regular basis. We had just recently moved my Mom out of state and were in the middle of establishing care for her provider wise. With that, the FMLA docs were becoming a bit of a burden due to being in between providers. Having the option to easily jump on a vc with an FMLA MD provider so quickly was really a breath of fresh air. We were able to talk through medical history along with my work situation and get everything filled out appropriately. Highly recommend FMLA MD!
