GBHighly recommended company Highly recommended company We have worked with DCL for about 8 years now. They are consistently responsive, professional, thorough, and highly skilled. They provide webinars on current topics and share valuable expertise. They are trustworthy and helpful. It is nice to know that we don't have to keep up with new content formats - they do it for us.

AUExceptional service I have had a long association with DCL over many years and I have only good things to say regarding their professionalism, attention to detail, customer service and their communication. Always super supportive with any queries we have. Mary Jane Lopez is wonderful to deal with and always replies to emails in a timely manner and gives additional information which is so very helpful. Would highly recommend DCL.

GBThe team at DCL is always prompt and consistent The team at DCL is always prompt, professional and quick with their responses and their turn around time is always on time and consistent. I also appreciate Kajal and Sergey always being patient when I make a mistake, ask questions and/or send wrong documents. There is never a feeling that I am wasting their time. I appreciate the whole team as sometimes I have a strict deadline. DCL always pulls through. It is noticed and appreciated. Thank you all!!

CHWell organised, knowledgeable & proactive Having worked with a different provider at first, we turned to DC Lab to help us out of a difficult situation. They ensured we can now deliver what we promised our customers on time and in good quality. The staff we have had dealings with have proved very knowledgeable and proactive - when a problem arises, they make sure a good solution is provided quickly. While they will seek feedback where necessary, they don't bother us with questions they can solve on their own. Their throughput speed and reactivity is impressive.

GBMigration from one CCMS solution to another DCL assisted in migrating our technical user documentation from Author-it to Paligo. The process included working together to create the import path for the migration to occur, including mapping XML structure between components and elements in both tools. Because DCL had not previously worked on a migration of Author-it to Paligo, we experienced some miscommunication in understanding each other on scope of the project, volume of content to be migrated, and complexity of mapping the structure and use of content between the solutions. This extended the time and effort needed to set up the import path. It also meant much more time and resources from our own employees than expected. Despite the learning curve from both sides, DCL worked with us throughout the process to create and troubleshoot the import path. Once in place, DCL migrated all content from one solution to the other. They were flexible and we worked together to find a path forward when the project extended much longer than either of us expected. They were always great to work with. The end result meant much less time for our team as a whole to transfer and clean up content.
