The staff we have had dealings with have proved very knowledgeable and proactive - when a problem arises, they make sure a good solution is provided quickly. While they will seek feedback where necessary, they don't bother us with questions they can solve on their own. Their throughput speed and reactivity is impressive.

Excellent PDF to EPUB Conversion I have worked with DCL and Mary Jane Lopez for several years and they consistently provide excellent PDF to EPUB conversion services and customer service. They are quick and very responsive and do great work. If you're looking for a more dynamic EPUB eBook experience, that's not DCL's wheelhouse. For basic EPUB conversion services, I highly recommend them.
