CAvery responsive team! very responsive team not just with overall turnaround timelines but in responding to questions raised throughout the process to develop new SPL files make revisions, clarify activities related to listings and regulatory requirements, etc. They are always prompt and responses clearly stated, lessening further confusion. I highly recommend DCL as a vendor and a partner.

GBExcellent PDF to EPUB Conversion I have worked with DCL and Mary Jane Lopez for several years and they consistently provide excellent PDF to EPUB conversion services and customer service. They are quick and very responsive and do great work. If you're looking for a more dynamic EPUB eBook experience, that's not DCL's wheelhouse. For basic EPUB conversion services, I highly recommend them.

GBAbove and beyond my expectations! As a publisher of awesome literature for kids we boast about flawless stories. We chose DCL and Devorah Ashlem for our publishing needs because of the incredible service they provide. Even post the uploads when our staff found minor typos or spaces (which were our own fault) they went back and uploaded our requests dozens of times. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

GBGreat experiences with backend conversion We have used DCL for a few back content conversion projects. I highly recommend them; they are reliable and the XML produced is accurate. Throughout our projects, DCL’s project manager responded to our questions quickly, although I found it hard to keep track of things over several months via email. I think it would be helpful if there was a way to track comments and the progress of the project other than through email.

ILmigration from MadCap Flare to Paligo migrating all the documentation from MadCap Flare to Paligo with DCL was the best choice that we could do. we were pleased with - the Service we got - The price - The level of engagement in the project. - speed of the project DCL migrated thousands of documentation pages from PDFs to a web CCMS by writing a script which were dynamicly modified for our usecases.
