Above and beyond my expectations! As a publisher of awesome literature for kids we boast about flawless stories. We chose DCL and Devorah Ashlem for our publishing needs because of the incredible service they provide. Even post the uploads when our staff found minor typos or spaces (which were our own fault) they went back and uploaded our requests dozens of times. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

Large volume conversion and cleanup DCL carried out a large volume conversion over many months as part of a larger system migration project. Beth and her team were always clear in their communications, responded quickly to questions, and were very reliable in getting the job done. Without DCL we would not have succeded in our project, or at least not within any reasonable timeframe. I have no hesitation in recommending DCL for any conversion work.

Well organised, knowledgeable & proactive Having worked with a different provider at first, we turned to DC Lab to help us out of a difficult situation. They ensured we can now deliver what we promised our customers on time and in good quality. The staff we have had dealings with have proved very knowledgeable and proactive - when a problem arises, they make sure a good solution is provided quickly. While they will seek feedback where necessary, they don't bother us with questions they can solve on their own. Their throughput speed and reactivity is impressive.

Great experiences with backend conversion We have used DCL for a few back content conversion projects. I highly recommend them; they are reliable and the XML produced is accurate. Throughout our projects, DCL’s project manager responded to our questions quickly, although I found it hard to keep track of things over several months via email. I think it would be helpful if there was a way to track comments and the progress of the project other than through email.

DCL Caters to our specifics cases very well Our products have specifics in packaging and nature of business setup which can be tricky. DCL (Data Conversion Laboratory) always were able to place those specifics aligned well with FDA system; from support in creating SPL files, onto submission to FDA Gateway, troubleshooting from errors and path forward as FDA guidelines would state, always brought to success submission with our NDC, facility update, and annual update! DCL team very courteous, professional, and timely manner. Happy customer here.
