very responsive team! very responsive team not just with overall turnaround timelines but in responding to questions raised throughout the process to develop new SPL files make revisions, clarify activities related to listings and regulatory requirements, etc. They are always prompt and responses clearly stated, lessening further confusion. Large volume conversion and cleanup DCL carried out a large volume conversion over many months as part of a larger system migration project. Beth and her team were always clear in their communications, responded quickly to questions, and were very reliable in getting the job done. Without DCL we would not have succeded in our project, or at least not within any reasonable timeframe. I have no hesitation in recommending DCL for any conversion work.

Absolutely horrible Absolutely horrible. I know how important these surveys are and I wouldn't give such a low rating lightly. It takes two days to get a printer installed? Over five days for a password reset? You need to review your online ticket review and resolution process for process inefficiencies. The time it takes for not only a REAL person to get back to someone, never mind the time it takes to resolve, is unacceptable. Not only that, if you call someone for something so simple as installing a printer driver, they can't handle it and need to send it to the next level... pointless.
