The staff is so caring and patient and… Edit: My experience is specific to the West Palm Beach, FL location. These are all independently owned and operated. The staff is so caring and patient and they actually remember you. The main Doctor is so down to earth and they are not going to try and run a scam like so many other dental places. While the location surroundings may cause you to second guess, please don't. They truly are affordable and over the last 2 years of treatments, the same core staff has been there and they have always been responsive to urgent needs, often with a same or next day visit.

They were able to extract all my teeth i had left (17 of them) with no pain, little bit of discomfort near the end of the procedure. I got immediate dentures and now i am not afraid to smile and can eat more things that use to hurt to eat/ was unable to eat. I came back for permanent dentures it's been around 6 months. It irritated my upper lip. The assistant showed my denture to dentist and he made decision to fill and polish. The dentist made quick work of patch and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. The denture patch was not noticeable and I haven’t had any problems with this since. The best part of this was the dentist did not charge me anything for this procedure. The top denture came in too big and the… The top denture came in too big and the bottoms came in too small. Completely unable to wear my bottom partial because it absolutely doesn't fit. The doctor pressed down too hard when molding the denture. This made it to where it was 1/2 the size of my regular teeth and hurt my mouth terribly. I scheduled several appointments for adjustments and then asked for a refund on my bottom partial. The person taking care me said that she couldn't give a refund on just the bottoms. I would have to return both sets. So, we scheduled to have another set made. In which, they came in too white and had to be sent off again. Almost 2 weeks later the color change was still not ready. My top dentures make me feel like I am going to get lock jaw almost everyday. I have to move my mouth around to try to prevent my jaws from locking up. Since it has been so difficult to get my teeth right and I couldn't return my partials that I can't even wear, I finally called and canceled any future appointments. Extremely disappointing. I have a full time job and making all these appointments to try and correct my teeth when the professionals should have been able to take care of this so much faster is just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the patients of this office.
