GBThe top denture came in too big and the… The top denture came in too big and the bottoms came in too small. Completely unable to wear my bottom partial because it absolutely doesn't fit. The doctor pressed down too hard when molding the denture. This made it to where it was 1/2 the size of my regular teeth and hurt my mouth terribly. I scheduled several appointments for adjustments and then asked for a refund on my bottom partial. The person taking care me said that she couldn't give a refund on just the bottoms. I would have to return both sets. So, we scheduled to have another set made. In which, they came in too white and had to be sent off again. Almost 2 weeks later the color change was still not ready. My top dentures make me feel like I am going to get lock jaw almost everyday. I have to move my mouth around to try to prevent my jaws from locking up. Since it has been so difficult to get my teeth right and I couldn't return my partials that I can't even wear, I finally called and canceled any future appointments. Extremely disappointing. I have a full time job and making all these appointments to try and correct my teeth when the professionals should have been able to take care of this so much faster is just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the patients of this office.

GBNo reason for putting off that first visit I have never liked going to see the dentist thanks to a dentist I saw in my childhood. I kept putting visits off. Then several years ago I came here. The personnel are very friendly and make you feel at ease. The dentist and dental associates explain the procedures so nothing comes as a surprise. Any questions are answered, just a pleasant experience that results ina pretty smile.

GBI was promised one week for my full set… I was promised one week for my full set of dentures and it has been over one month. My mental and physical health is declining because of this long wait. Not having a smile is making me depressed and not having teeth is making me have malnutrition. Needless to say I am not happy that I keep getting told they are at the lab and then they know nothing else.

GBjeannie was so positive and helpful jeannie was so positive and helpful. she was able to fix my dentures to fit better and not have to get new ones. i love this office as they as so polite and friendly...and of course efficient!

GBJennifer has been very helpful in… Jennifer has been very helpful in explaining all aspects of the denture procedures. She has been very attentive to my needs as far as making sure I have a good fit and assisting in upgrading from a denture to as set of implant dentures. I look forward to working with her over the next few months of follow-ups while everything is finalized.
