The top denture came in too big and the… The top denture came in too big and the bottoms came in too small. Completely unable to wear my bottom partial because it absolutely doesn't fit. The doctor pressed down too hard when molding the denture. This made it to where it was 1/2 the size of my regular teeth and hurt my mouth terribly. I scheduled several appointments for adjustments and then asked for a refund on my bottom partial. The person taking care me said that she couldn't give a refund on just the bottoms. I would have to return both sets. So, we scheduled to have another set made. In which, they came in too white and had to be sent off again. Almost 2 weeks later the color change was still not ready. My top dentures make me feel like I am going to get lock jaw almost everyday. I have to move my mouth around to try to prevent my jaws from locking up. Since it has been so difficult to get my teeth right and I couldn't return my partials that I can't even wear, I finally called and canceled any future appointments. Extremely disappointing. I have a full time job and making all these appointments to try and correct my teeth when the professionals should have been able to take care of this so much faster is just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the patients of this office.

denturedanvill location in… The affordable denture location in Danville, Va is the worst dental office ever! My mother went there last week!! They were supposed to extract all of her upper teeth! They missed one…… even after x-raying her upper mouth when completed! Her mouth has been bleeding and she’s unable to eat! They will not answer the phone at that location! She spent more than1500$!!! She finally got another appointment for 4-24 It better be free! More to follow 😡😡😡😡

I was promised one week for my full set… I was promised one week for my full set of dentures and it has been over one month. My mental and physical health is declining because of this long wait. Not having a smile is making me depressed and not having teeth is making me have malnutrition. Needless to say I am not happy that I keep getting told they are at the lab and then they know nothing else.

Dr. Orr & staff Dr. Orr & his staff have always been very friendly & answered all my questions about procedures & made sure my new dentures fit properly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone with dental needs.

The first doctor was amazing the… The first doctor was amazing the foreign lady was amazing, caring and understanding. The second doctor was a man , very rude and threatening. He threatened to throw me out because as he was firing the dentures he would just jam it in and ripped my gums, dentures had burs and he didn’t care about a persons comfort or any regards to anyone well being. Rude , careless, unprofessional. Highly recommend the foreign lady, stay away from the American man. Unless you don’t value your health or how you’re treated. I was only there because my sisters dog ate my lower denture. Uncalled for abuse by him . I have had dentures for 8 years and never experienced any dentist with no respect or regard for a person.
