Great communication The process was easy and the communication was excellent! When I had a question I’d email and a response would come within the hour normally. It did take a bit longer to receive my retainer due to it being around the holiday season but that’s nothing that deterred me. Thanks for a wonder end product that fits well and is very durable.

Tanner is grade A customer service! I haven’t even ordered my retainers yet but I needed to leave a review. Tanner is so ridiculously awesome! Not only did he answer every single question with professionalism and knowledge but he made sure I understood the whole process and exactly what to expect. Let’s clone Tanner and put him behind every customer service phone call!

Super happy! I'm super happy with my upper and lower retainers. I used Smile Direct Club to align my teeth before they went bankrupt. I turned here to get retainers to keep my teeth in place. They fit amazingly—far better than even my Smile Direct retainers ever did. Their incredibly comfortable. Zero complaints.

A company with fraudulent practices and lacking in ethics this company is taking advantage of the fact that their customers can do absolutely nothing except send emails and ask for status. They are basically holding my retainers hostage by not providing the product in a reasonable time. They are also committing fraud by repeatedly claiming a ship by date and not fulfilling that claim. I’m still waiting for my retainers to be shipped. After 15 business days I emailed and asked for the status and I was told that it would be shipped out soon. Soon never came and I emailed again and I was told it would ship out by next week, next week came and nothing and I asked again and was told it would be shipped out in a few days. Again and again I ask for status and was told it would be shipped out in a few days and when few days goes by I have no recourse except to ask again. Retainers direct is unethical, untrustworthy, and their fraudulent practices needs to be condemned. It’s literally like being stuck in an abusive relationship. They apologize, they say they will do better, they make another promise, and then they break their promise again, only to repeat that sick cycle over and over, and you can’t break up with them because you’ve already invested too much time and money into them. Absolutely disgusting!

Very very slow process after you pay… Very very slow process after you pay for your retainers. They sent the molding kit quickly & say they have received them quickly but it takes almost two months to get them to send the retainers. They don’t give you updates unsolicited or apologize. Direct retainers just take your money & act as though you’ll just for get about the retainers until they show up months later. In the meantime your teeth are shifting. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
