This has been a fairly easy process so… This has been a fairly easy process so far. They were helpful with the video call to help me make my impressions, and very patient. Always quick responses to my million questions. They keep you informed all through the process. Can’t wait to get my aligners and start the process to a beautiful smile. Thank you SAAligners !!

Quick responses. So far, so good. The company has been good at contacting us through the steps of the process. We had a hiccup with the teeth impressions, but that was mostly our fault. I have been communicating with an individual through email and so I havnt looked much at the website. It would be nice to have an app or create an online profile to upload photos and mark progress instead of just doing responses to personal emails. Maybe you can do this on the website, but I havnt checked. We are in the beginning stages of treatment and we have not received our 3d treatment plan or aligners. I am really hoping that they will work well for my son and fit correctly. We had issues with a previous company and the fit of the aligners wasnt good and they dug into my son's gums. They were painful in a way that it wasn't supposed to be. So far SA aligners has been on top of communication and their willingness to help with any questions and concerns we have.
