GBI had braces 7 years ago and my teeth… I had braces 7 years ago and my teeth moved back again when i broke my retainers 5 years back and never bother to get new one. My carelessness brought me to get orthodontic treatment again at the age of 35 and what was the best way to get it done other than at home aligners. I was not comfortable in the beginning i thought it would be a scam but SA aligners services were best in term of customer care.

GBI would say that the experience so far… I would say that the experience so far is good. Would of helped to know in advance what the expectations for all steps that needed done , as far as follow-up with taking pictures and reporting back. SA Aligners constantly calling and sending emails. The aligners fit well and seem to be performing as expected.

GBQuick responses. So far, so good. The company has been good at contacting us through the steps of the process. We had a hiccup with the teeth impressions, but that was mostly our fault. I have been communicating with an individual through email and so I havnt looked much at the website. It would be nice to have an app or create an online profile to upload photos and mark progress instead of just doing responses to personal emails. Maybe you can do this on the website, but I havnt checked. We are in the beginning stages of treatment and we have not received our 3d treatment plan or aligners. I am really hoping that they will work well for my son and fit correctly. We had issues with a previous company and the fit of the aligners wasnt good and they dug into my son's gums. They were painful in a way that it wasn't supposed to be. So far SA aligners has been on top of communication and their willingness to help with any questions and concerns we have.
