GBQuick responses. So far, so good. The company has been good at contacting us through the steps of the process. We had a hiccup with the teeth impressions, but that was mostly our fault. I have been communicating with an individual through email and so I havnt looked much at the website. It would be nice to have an app or create an online profile to upload photos and mark progress instead of just doing responses to personal emails. Maybe you can do this on the website, but I havnt checked. We are in the beginning stages of treatment and we have not received our 3d treatment plan or aligners. I am really hoping that they will work well for my son and fit correctly. We had issues with a previous company and the fit of the aligners wasnt good and they dug into my son's gums. They were painful in a way that it wasn't supposed to be. So far SA aligners has been on top of communication and their willingness to help with any questions and concerns we have.

GBI had a detailed call with SA aligners… I had a detailed call with SA aligners customer support about my overbite that has been bothering me for quite few years now. I was concerned about the painful treatment but their dental expert gave me few tips to overcome pain. It hurted initially but I followed the instructions properly. Now I am on my last aligners and the whole journey had been smooth with amazing results. Thanks to SA aligners for giving me the confidence to speak in public.
