GBI have been using Answering Legal for… I have been using Answering Legal for over 5 years. To my recollection there have been very few hiccups or missteps. What I like most is there quick response to any questions or concerns I may express. As to clients, I can't remember when I have had a complaint by any of my clients or prospective clients regarding their service.

GBAnswering Legal has been a great… Answering Legal has been a great service provider. Calls are promptly directed to my cell and clients are easily "patched in". If I am unable to answer the call, the service sends both an email and text with all needed information. The folks answering the calls are polite and well spoken. Happy with this service!

GBThree times they over charged me and… Three times they over charged me and ran unauthorized charges on my credit card. Unresponsive and unhelpful tech support. Sub par messages. Direct quote from a Judge calling into my office once it was finally transferred "Your phone service is horrible". Oh, and just after getting a call with the owner, Robert, he told me he was bringing up all of the recorded phone calls - SURPRISE! First time I heard of this- that's illegal in the State of Maryland where our firm is based out of and if he's recording phone calls from my office this is a HUGE PROBLEM.
