What I like most is there quick response to any questions or concerns I may express. USA Happy Customer My experience with them after about a year and a half is almost totally good. Though from New York, my southeast Texas clients think that they're being helped by southern ladies and the occasional gentleman. Like me, they are on duty 24/7. I find their prices most reasonable. Highly recommended.

USThree times they over charged me and… Three times they over charged me and ran unauthorized charges on my credit card. Unresponsive and unhelpful tech support. Sub par messages. Direct quote from a Judge calling into my office once it was finally transferred "Your phone service is horrible". Oh, and just after getting a call with the owner, Robert, he told me he was bringing up all of the recorded phone calls - SURPRISE! First time I heard of this- that's illegal in the State of Maryland where our firm is based out of and if he's recording phone calls from my office this is a HUGE PROBLEM.
