Carestream 8000 panoramic… I purchased a Carestream 8000 panoramic x-ray to replace my previous older Carestream machine that died. I didn't want to change software or go through a lot of training with the staff. This machine arrived as promised and with 4 hours of technician installation, it is working better than the previous machine, with zero training. Great service from Dale. Highly recommended!

Great find Great products, even better service. I am starting a second practice and with the increased costs of construction and materials, Dental Planet was a true find. I equipped a four op office, including a CBCT, for the cost of the new Cbct I had installed in my existing practice a few years ago. My sales rep Devin was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The tech that installed the equipment, Dwight, did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond by adjusting a compressor I didn’t even purchase from them. Even after installation, any questions that have come up, Dwight immediately responds to texts or calls. The quality of the equipment is truly like new or in some cases better than new, because the kinks are worked out already. I am so grateful to have found these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

I am a dentist and used dental planet… I am a dentist and used dental planet durapro and they are by far the worst vendor I have come into contact with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order because they are adamant about making a sell and do not care anything about your best interest. I requested a cancellation and they had not even shipped the unit to me and they said they would charge me a $6000 restocking fee. Be very careful when dealing with these people. The rep I had was Dale. I had planned on finishing the rest of my build with them but after this experience I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues about my experience.
