USWe have been customers for a number of… We have been customers for a number of years. Prices have gone up as everything else we purchase. We remember when we got bonus months for renewal. Still, we have no complaints regarding service. It saved me $1,000 once for a crown. Too bad the doctor that removed the broken tooth and installed the post for the new one wasn't in your network. I still think $2,000 for 15 minutes (not exaggerating) is a bit steep.

USGreat Service Fast and efficient. I had an x-ray unit where the handheld switch was starting to not work. Called Dental Planet to see if they have the parts and the representative was very helpful and attentive. Gave me all the necessary information and saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new x-ray unit. They also helped me with how to install the handswitch. Definitely would recommend for your dental purchases.

USProfessional and courteous…! When my intraoral x-ray unit stopped working in Room 2, it was a significant disruption in my office flow! But I had already been to the Dental Planet website before, so a few mouse clicks and a quick phone call and I had a new unit on it’s way, with a warranty from the manufacturer! Awesome! So it was no surprise that when I was having trouble with my digital PAN, they were key in helping me sort it out! Great service, professional and courteous, there are many corporations who could benefit from taking a page from their playbook!

USGreat find Great products, even better service. I am starting a second practice and with the increased costs of construction and materials, Dental Planet was a true find. I equipped a four op office, including a CBCT, for the cost of the new Cbct I had installed in my existing practice a few years ago. My sales rep Devin was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The tech that installed the equipment, Dwight, did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond by adjusting a compressor I didn’t even purchase from them. Even after installation, any questions that have come up, Dwight immediately responds to texts or calls. The quality of the equipment is truly like new or in some cases better than new, because the kinks are worked out already. I am so grateful to have found these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

USDisappointing I was trying to use some credit for an item Dental Planet had “purchased” from me. Many communication issues. Went so far as to disassemble my dental chair to take pics for reupholstery, but couldn’t get a response as to whether they could do it or not (I would have been spending $1500 after using my credit). Finally just decided to place an order for supplies to use up the credit. Many, many emails ensued. Most items out of stock. They sent some of my items to someone in another state. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it, I probably never would have gotten most of my order. 2/5 stars is being generous.
